Your cozy getaway awaits in Greenville at this beautiful house. With 3 bedrooms including a queen, full, and king size bed, this welcoming property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, heating, other necessities. The 2 bathrooms feature showers and hair dryers for your comfort. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

All bedrooms have Outlet/USB chargers on the night stands. The living room end table has a Outlet/USB charger. (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE)
We provide a 10-cup coffee maker and coffee filters. Please bring your own coffee. We provide a single-wash laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The exterior lights are Dusk to Dawn lights. The switches have tape on them so they won't get accidentally turned off. Please do not remove.

Guests have access to the entire unit. There are two parking spaces on site.
If you need extra space, you can park on the street. There is space on the side at the dead-end space. But that should only be for guests visiting for a short stay.

There are 6 other properties on this street if you have a group who wants to be near each other.

The house was charming and spotless inside, with cozy, comfortable beds that made for a great stay. Outside, we were greeted by the sweetest little cat family with playful kittens—such an unexpected delight! The neighbors were also very kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning.

March weekend

We stayed here to visit our son at ECU. Loved the spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Bonus of 2 full bathrooms. Internet worked perfectly for logging into work. Enjoyed that the house was walking distance to Dickinson Ave with fun restaurants and breweries. Thank you.

Our Greenville conference trip

The house was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and reminded us of our grandma's home. We all enjoyed our weekend time there! Despite minor issues like lacking kitchen counter space, fridge door not closing (due to a cracked lower shelf), and the fake tile wallpaper peeling off, we considered it a treasure to find!

The very worst part of staying at that property was an infestation of cats around the property! There were at least five cats at all times around the front of the house. They act like they belong there and they live there we could not get rid of them! The house could've been cleaner, Which we did report to the owners.

Location was not the best. Loud fight at neighbors two days and nights in a row The property itself was nice and clean. Back yard was a mess tho. Had to leave early because the airlines changed our flights - notified owner - expected a refund for one night but did not receive

Family Memorial

Our stay in Greenville was pleasant and quiet. The house was comfortable but we were unable to get TV or use the streaming service due to needed updates. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and stocked for our short stay. However, we struggled to turn on the shower in the main bathroom due to our ignorance. Printed instructions would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable but one set of sheets had an unpleasant smell, probably due to being folded and stored while still slightly damp. Overall, our stay was satisfactory.

Rear of unit offers a beautiful view of the 10th Street Connector that connects you to ECU Health and ECU Student Center. Smart TV's in bedrooms and Living Room. Enjoy your fully equipped, private space.
