The owner of this property was very conscientious in the way they put this rental together. It's all remodeled brand new. Everything looks beautiful. Very comfortable. Well situated. Anyone who comes here will have an awesome time. Highly recommend this rental.

We were in town for a week long fishing trip. This house was clean and offered everything we needed to feel at home. Easy to find and close to a gas station for our daily stops of fuel and ice. One thing to consider is boat parking. If you have a large boat and truck, it is several tight turns to get into the parking space off the street especially if neighbors cars are parked there. If you can’t do that there is ample parking in front of the house. We were a party of 3.

Do not be deceived by the newly renovated pictures of this home. We walked in and it was the strongest mold and mildew smell, it was almost impossible to be in there. It seemed to have been flooded before and never properly mitigated for mold. Families should not be in there, it is not healthy and toxic. We had to open all the windows and spend the majority of the time outside. I felt like we got scammed and it ruined our trip as most of us had sore throats and watery eyes and headaches from it and didn’t have a place to go.

Needs screens on windows. We didn’t want to have to use AC but couldn’t open windows and let mosquitoes invade house.The shower looks cool but is wet mess! Water everywhere. Probably a slipping hazard.The unfinished basement is fine but should be called out in the listing.Some outdoor lawn chairs or something would be nice.

House was as described in the listing and was the perfect amount of space for a family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials for cooking. Host keeps generous amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, etc on-site. Large capacity washer & dryer in basement. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Interested to see what the host does with the basement as it could add so much potential to the house.
