The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you’ll need and includes dishwasher and coffee maker. The Living room boasts a large couch with room for the whole family. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and there are 2 more bedrooms with 3 twin beds. The are 3 large flat screen tv’s in the house – master bedroom, living room and twin bedroom.
The house includes air conditioning units in each room and a washer and dryer. A new high speed wifi router will allow you to stream on all your devices.
Your family and friends will enjoy the large fenced in yard to take in the Cape Cod breezes. There are several sitting areas including a back deck which we hope to screen in this Spring! For the adventurous types, there are kayaks and a Standup paddleboard on our property -available to use on nearby Long Pond, or Bass River. Life Jackets, beach chairs and fishing rods will also be available. For the golfers, Historic Bass River golf course is just a half mile away- a Donald Ross Classic built in 1900-it is open to the public.
