It was a nice 2-night stay. Close to everything right downtown and within walking distance. Great spot to walk to the Canada side and explore as well. We liked that parking was free also for our rental car. We would recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay in the Giacomo Hotel. There was plenty of space in the king room for my wife and I and our dog. The location is great, we walked to both the US and Canadian side of the Falls. The room has a nice view on the river side looking out towards the Falls and Canada. We were able to watch the fireworks from our room. The hotel provides a secured parking lot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was communicative. I would stay again if we return to Niagara Falls.

The room was great, very comfortable beds. Only concern was the amount of dust. The curtains and a lot of the electronics (phone, clock, lamps) had large amounts of dust on them. Easy enough to wipe off and the customer service was excellent.
