Place was exactly as described! We watched the nightly fireworks from the bed, so cool. A 5 minute walk to the falls and park! Couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Check in staff were nice, efficient and helpful. Kevin at the bar was awesome. Liked that the parking was in a gated place. Would stay here again

We stayed for 5 days and had a great time. The staff was great any concerns where taken care of. We enjoyed the bar every night Vinnie , Alex and Kevin were great bar tenders meet allot of good people! Would come back again!

Great spot. Close to everything. People were extremely nice and the price was great! Also bonus points for being pet friendly! If you have dogs traveling with you, I highly recommend!

The hotel is amazing! Very unique a must stay! The Host Lenny was very responsive and welcoming. The bartender Kevin is by far one of the best! Kevin was very friendly and kept us laughing our whole stay. The hotel is located within walking distance to all the attractions. Highly recommended this property!

The room was great, very comfortable beds. Only concern was the amount of dust. The curtains and a lot of the electronics (phone, clock, lamps) had large amounts of dust on them. Easy enough to wipe off and the customer service was excellent.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. Everything was perfect the way we were treated. All the employees were friendly and kind. Everything was close by that you could walk to the view was spectacular. We just loved it and can’t say enough about it.

We arrived early and was greeted by the nightshift worker. Name starts w/MShe was literally amazing! She got us set up in a temporary parking spot and gave us so much literature. So kind and helpful.All the staff was amazing and helpful.This place treats you like family!And the 19th floor lounge is spectacular Not to mention EVERYTHING is in walking distance.

My wife and I booked a special get away to The Giacomo near Niagara Falls mainly going off the pictures. We are always picky and this hotel and staff is amazing. It's a beautiful place and fit us to a T. We have nothing but great things to say. Lenny was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Even after we were home from the trip. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. We will certainly return. The pictures were taken from our room.
