Ski-In and Ski-Out, Beautiful 3 bedroom includes loft, 3 Full bathroom condo adjacent to Lift 7 in Telluride, CO . Enjoy an uncrowded, all terrain mountain with 1700 ski-able acres! In the summer enjoy, mountain biking, hiking, white water rafting, and try fly fishing! Choose anytime and you will be sure to hit one of the many music, wine, film or Hot Air Balloon festivals. Etta Place is located at the base of lift 7 in town, at the bottom of Milk Run and Telluride Trail. We have FREE high speed internet (wireless) and cable TV and BluRay DVD player, heated underground parking, and laundry room inside the condo. The master has one king bed, the second room has a queen, the loft a queen bed and a twin bed, with 3 full bathrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortable. Walk to town! Communal Hot Tub on level one outside with Beautiful views. MUST be able to go to 3rd floor with NO elevator. Price per night adjusted to include local taxes of 9%, that owner must disburse to City. VRBO includes 2.9% state, 3% county, and 0.25% District (San Miguel Regional Transportation Authority).

Great location

The condo was clean and well equipped. Location next to the chairlift was awesome Tracy was very quick on communication. Would recommend this condo!

Christmas in Telluride

Fantastic stay in a wonderful ski in/ski out condo. Had some minor issues at check in, but the host was super responsive and resolved everything immediately. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Great location at the base

We had a great stay and loved the location at the base of Stumper, arguably Telluride’s best run! Walkable to town and lifts. Would stay again!

Great Location in Town

This property was perfect for our latest stay in Telluride. The condo is nicely appointed and handled our group of 6 (including kids aged 7 and 9) well. The condo has everything you need, has comfortable beds and is conveniently located on the town loop bus route. This made getting to the gondola for skiing and restaurants in the evening extremely easy. The views in Telluride never disappoint and this condo has great floor to ceiling windows to take it all in! We would book this property again next time we visit Telluride should it be available.

Our family of 5 adults stayed here for our annual ski trip. Communication was excellent, the attention to detail really added to our trip. Kitchen was well appointed, we had everything we needed for an exceptional ski trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Ski Trip

Location is excellent for ski-in ski-out. Property is nice but in need of maintenance. Advertised hot tub did not work the entire week we were there. Host was very responsive and did her best to make things right.

Fantastic Location in Telluride

When a family (5) has lots of different ski appetites, ski in/out is really nice. This unit won’t disappoint. Kitchen is the most stocked we’ve ever had in a VRBO. Fantastic morning sunshine through the tall window wall makes main room very pleasant for gathering. Great TV set up. Owner couldn’t be more communicative and was extremely responsive. Nice underground garage, but height limit is 6’6”, so beware if roof rack on tall car. We used Optional outdoor parking, right outside the building. Stairs (2 sets) convenient and not bad, but if stairs are a problem, you might look elsewhere. Easy walk to town. Would definitely rent again ! Family gave it an unreserved 5 stars.

Great Property with excellent support and communication from owners. Easy check in/out process. Great parking options even if you have a large car. Excellent location with easy walking access to town. The ski-in ski-out capabilities are excellent.

Best place in town

We stayed over Labor Day weekend for the film festival and this condo was perfect in all ways. We loved the location: the views were incredible and it was just a short walk to town or to the market or walking path. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We truly loved everything about it.

Telluride ski in-out

Place was great for my wife and 2 grown sons. Had not done a ski in&out before but loved it. Place was on third floor which was tricky in ski boots, but within our capability. Location on shuttle line also was a huge plus- met our goal of parking the car (in a sheltered garage, no less!) and not driving the whole stay.

Bright,comfortable

Bright corner condo with kitchen full of good appliances and three TVs (you only need the main one in living area, though) to make the stay warm and cozy. Accomodates 2 couples and the loft w its own bathroom can fit 3 teens comfortably. Bear in mind this is a walk-up with two flights of stairs (3 from the garage)

Perfect Family House

The hosts couldn't have been nicer. The beds are super comfortable and the home is in perfect condition. The ski-in/ski out depends on the time of year and what's open. Check about lift 7. We were able to take the lift to start but had to walk a little bit home. Still, wonderful!

Lovely stay

Great stay in well-stocked townhouse. This rental was close to lift 7 for easy ski-out each morning. The kitchen had all the gear we needed (plus Clark’s Market is nearby) so we could make a few meals in. Plenty of space for me and my husband plus our two teens to spread out. Great communication with hosts. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Telluride condo

We had a wonderful visit at Tracy’s Telluride condo. It was large, sunny, and comfortable with ski-in/ski-out access to Lift 7. The condo has access to the building’s hot tub and is a pleasant 15 min walk to restaurants and services in town.

Best place to yet stay in Telluride!

The group agreed this has been the best property anyone has stayed at in Telluride. The property was perfect for a larger group. 3 bed/3 bath, very roomy living room, and great kitchen. It was very clean and well equipped. Instructions for check-in and information on the house were very detailed. And, the host's were quick to respond to any questions. You won't be disappointed!!

Great access to Lift 7

Very nice place. Big bedrooms and baths. Well stocked. You can see the shuttle bus from the main window when it passes, giving you enough time to get downstairs before it comes back by.

Ski trip

Great location for intermediate and advanced skiers. Walking distance to downtown with shuttle options. Comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Owner really goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home.

Great condo

We loved this condo…spacious and convenient to slopes and town. The unit was updated and each bedroom has its own bathroom. I particularly liked stargazing under the huge skylight in the loft.
