This property was perfect for a trip to Cincinnati. House was very clean and host was extremely helpful and quick to reply. Safe neighborhood and a short drive or uber ride to the ballpark, casino, Newport on the Levey, river walkway, and many other attractions.

It is an older building but the interior is clean with comfy beds and updated appliances. No bugs or critters were noticed, not even a stray spider. The exterior needs some repairs, the stairs are steep and the sunroom is unusable but all other interior living spaces are excellent. The owner replies to messages quickly and is professional. The rooms are large and the unit is well stocked with towels and dishes. Would stay again without hesitation.

We were in town to visit the University of Cincinnati with our daughter. This property suited our needs perfectly. The location is convenient to many interesting restaurants and sites to see around Cincinnati. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely home with comfortable beds, good showers, beautiful decor and well-equipped for cooking. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and to Eden park. Everything was within a 15 minute drive or less. We visited the art museum, Union Terminal museums, Purple Pedestrian bridge, multiple urban parks and shopping/restaurant areas. Also a day trip to the Ark (mixed feelings about that attraction) and Kincaid Lake State Park in Kentucky. Such a fun trip!!

Amazing Space, Great Location

This is one of the nicest rental properties I’ve stayed at. Very thoughtful design and amenities. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood, but also a 6 minute drive from downtown

Beautiful, historic apartment conveniently located. We enjoyed the large space with room to spread out and appreciated having two bathrooms. The host was very responsive and easy to with.

Wow this place was awesome!!! We had a great time! The house was gorgeous and the host out did himself with snacks and coffee on deck for us! He also went and got us brand new blankets from the store because we needed an extra blanket! Super responsive and helpful!! We will definitely be staying again! Thinking about making it an annual fun friend trip! Thanks so much for making our stay so welcoming and fun!

Was in town for a family wedding. The venue and church was all within 10Minutes of the area. We found the accommodations were excellent and lived up to the description We could of not asked for a better place to stay and the host was very informative and if any questions was quick to help

Graduation weekend

We had an amazing stay. We had 8 people stay we did have to use2 air mattress which worked out just fine because there was plenty or room to set them up. I choose it because there were also 2 bathrooms which is hard to come by in Cincinnati. This home would be a perfect stay for 3 couples or a family with 2 or 3 kids.

Unique property with a maze of short hallways. Complementary snacks, coffee, water and juice. Both a coffee pot with coffee and filters and Keurig machine with pods. Excellent communication with host. Secure parking. Would rent again!

The place is as described. It was a lot of space for the group we had. The problem we had was it was clean on the surface. When you pulled back the sheets on the bed, there was pet hair (not sure if cat or dog), but clearly pet hair. When someone laid down on the couch and got up, you saw all the pet hair on the back of his black shirt. There was also underwear in the washing machine when we went to go use it that was not taken out by who was there last. I think it just needed a deeper clean on a regular basis. We had to rewash all the sheets and blankets before we went to sleep and one of the rooms didn't get finished washing until 1am. The owner told us he was sending someone the next day to clean, but that didn't happen and it really wasn't feasible with all our stuff in the rooms.

This property was wonderful! It’s so spacious and comfortable. Traveling with our 3 kids (19 year old boy and twin 14 year old twin girls) as well as our pug can be challenging at times when everyone feels like they have no personal space. That was not the case here. Everyone loved their rooms and the common spaces. Plus, it was only 10 minutes to the amazing Cincinnati Zoo. The owner is very attentive, helpful, thorough, and had great food suggestions. We will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town visiting family! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
