The apartment has everything you need for any type of stay, a bedroom with a king size bed, a full bathroom as well as a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a beautiful and spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guest Access:
As our guest you will have access to the entire townhouse as well as the building's common areas amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Aldea Zamá is an ecological and luxury residential community in Tulum. The complex is located between the town and the hotel zone, close to the best beaches, restaurants and beach clubs. An exclusive neighborhood with protected green areas that maintain the natural attractiveness of the region; It has a commercial area with businesses ranging from pastry shops, restaurants, cafes, clothing boutiques, jewelry stores and handicrafts, which give life and sophistication to the neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Aldea Zama is located in a central area of Tulum, near the archaeological zone, hotels, the beach, the town of Tulum and some cenotes, which makes it possible to explore the area by bicycle. If you bring a car, you can park freely in front of the building and surroundings.
Other Things to Note:
In order to keep our prices low, we don't include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more).
For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
