Panoramic Lake View!! - The View at Emerald Pointe

Escape to this beautiful condo in Hollister with a breath-taking view of Tablerock Lake. This charming property features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living room with a queen sofa bed and twin pull-out bed. Guests can enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Tablerock Lake right out the back door on a private balcony, a short path down to the water for fishing or taking a dip in the water or drive 10 mins into Branson for shows, shopping at the Landing or all the fun Branson has to offer.

A very short walk to Branson Bay Marina provides a boat dock. Trailer, boat or jet ski storage rental can be obtained at Heartland Storage just right around the corner. Boat or jet ski rental is approx. 5-10 minutes away at State Park Marina. Long's Creek Marina approx. 15 mins away for boat rental and storage as well.

The property has a beautiful pool, gas grill and outdoor eating area to enjoy. Private gas grills not allowed due to insurance restriction.

Free Wifi and a 75" Smart TV

Condo has a full kitchen stocked with everything needed, courtesy iron and blow dryer, washer and dryer available

This is a gated community at Emerald Pointe, which provides added security.

Grocery stores and restaurants in Hollister within a 6 min. drive.

Easy and quick access to back road that leads to Silver Dollar City, Branson West and all the entertainment on Hwy 76. The Tablerock Dam and Fish Hatchery is only a short drive as well.

We want you to relax and enjoy our condo but ask a few things to help keep it nice:

- No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind is allowed - this includes the private balcony. Violations will be subject to extra charges.

- no pets allowed

- please remove shoes at the door

- we ask that children are not allowed to jump on the pull-out beds or furniture.

- we ask that children not play with the buttons on the fireplace cabinet.

- we ask that children keep colored drinks out of the living room.

We are happy to answer any questions and want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay so please don't hesitate to message at any time.

Please Note: Due to limited space, The View parking lot does not allow for trailers, boats or jetski's. Storage can be obtained a very short distance away, in Emerald Pointe, at Heartland Storage - Clevenger Cove. Please reach out if you need more details about this.

Everything was perfect. The view was breathtaking. Super clean and beautiful. Very well stocked kitchen, had all the basics from spices to dishes. Easy to contact host that was very responsive. Also shared the best restaurants and ice cream spots!

Place itself was nice. There was only a half role of toilet paper in on bathroom and a role in the other but no extra anywhere. Also had no grilling utensils. The gate process was a hassle every ltime we arrived back. Our code was only good for first day. They never recognized our license plate so always took a lot of extra steps to get back in.

Hi Michael We sincerely apologize about the low supply of toilet paper and thank you for letting me know. This is usually not the case so I’m not sure what happened but will discuss with our cleaning lady to make sure this doesn’t happen again. In regard to your problems with the gate entry, again, I’m so sorry to hear you had problems with this. If you had let me know I would’ve contacted the gate attendant to make sure it was corrected as best I could. Unfortunately, sometimes the cameras have trouble reading a tag, which is out of our control. I have only had one other guest have problems getting through the gate that I’m aware of but they let me know and I worked with the gate attendant as best I could to get it corrected. I had no idea you were having problems with this. We really strive to provide everything you need and make sure that gate and condo access runs easily and smoothly and that our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable time while there.

We had a wonderful vacation at this location. We loved being away from the main action, but still a perfect short ride from it all. Our host was very accommodating and the unit was so nice and clean. We loved the short walk to the lake!

It was great! Very relaxing. We love Emerald Pointe and the View. The condo was very well kept and great for an anniversary getaway. Sheri was easy to contact with any questions, and checked in with me to make sure that we got in okay.

Our stay was great. The host was very helpfull and got us all the information we needed about the stay days prior to arriving. The host made it point to ensure we arrived ok and everything was up to standard. The place was outstanding and clean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms made lofe easier and packing light. The descriptions and photos were spot on and the lake view from the patio was awesome.The place was just far enough from the touristy traffic, but close enough to take in everything Branson had to offer. It was in nice and safe gated neighborhood. The pricing of the stay was just as much as a hotel room but with the luxery of at home living and access to the lake. I would recommend over and over.

And, cue the deer, and her baby. Yep, it was that perfect. Enjoy watching a beautiful natural habitat springing with all sorts of woodland creatures every single morning as you drink your coffee. If action is what you prefer, the lake is filled with boaters delight. The sunrises are only bested by the viewable sunsets. The unit was very well stocked, very homey, and very spacious. The view was just breathtaking - hard to leave. The pool was clean and perfect to enjoy on hot days. Walk down to the water’s edge just below the deck. It was a nice quiet space to unwind. The location is far enough away from the city yet close enough to get to quickly. The shopping carts to haul in your stuff were helpful: an elevator is also available. Watch for the cute orange cat gazing at the plethora of cardinals feeding at the bird feeder at the end of the unit. A gated community is a bonus - safety was a highlight. Give it a visit; just don't take my favorite dates as we will be back! PS, my son loved the huge tv for his PS5 gaming.

We spent a week at this condo. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with an awesome balcony. We had a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. Behind the condo is a short path down to the shoreline. The condo is very clean and is stocked with everything you need. It’s close to Bransons Landing, Big Cedar, restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this condo!!

STUNNING VIEWS!!

Sheri, was absolutely amazing in every way possible. Very accommodating So HelpfulSo kind. The condo was just perfect. We had everything we needed .Comfy beds, well stocked.The VIEW!! I can’t get enough of it. We will definitely be coming back.

The condo was gorgeous and spotlessly clean!! I loved the view from the patio!! I sat out there at dusk in the evenings and dawn in the mornings......absolutely fantastic!! We had groceries delivered easily to the condo. Sheri was easy to work with and gave us clear instructions on how to get through the security gate and into the condo. Everything you want to do is within 10-15 minutes away, yet the area of Emerald Pointe is peaceful, quiet and secure. Easy walk down to the edge of the lake or the marina. We enjoyed it so much and plan to return!

The VIEW

Our stay was pure bliss! The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It was extremely clean and spacious, with the sweetest owner who has impeccable communication skills. Lots of sleeping options with bedding provided, did I mention space? Our kids continued to say over our 7-day stay how they couldn’t wait to come back! When are we going back? Over and over! We traveled for softball nationals so having a space that felt like home, clean, spacious,comfortable, and very relaxing is what you need after long hot days at the fields! Not a lot of time to enjoy outside activities BUT the amazing pool across the parking lot was always calling their name! Extremely nice, with grills (propane provided) and lots of laughter! We can’t say enough about this condo, the owner Sheri, or our stay! Outside of my family's enjoyment, the meals, mornings, and evenings with the views. Sunsets, boats, and the wildlife around my kids loved it! Take the stairs down to the water for more adventures we enjoyed! Looking for an amazing stay and if you thinking about booking this condo…STOP thinking and JUST do it! :)

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars...everything was amazing! The condo was so clean, smelled very nice, and the arrangements were so cozy and comfy. The views from the balcony and dining room windows are stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony while enjoying my morning coffee and doing Bible study. Sheri is also an amazing host! She was so great about reaching out before our stay to make sure we had everything we need. She set up gate access for our vehicle, which meant all we had to do was pull up to the gate and it opened. We never had to speak with the gate attendant. Sheri was very responsive to communication before and after our stay, even when we asked what scent was being used in the air fresheners. We ended up leaving a couple things behind accidentally, and she was very kind to work with us in having the cleaning crew look for the items. She also prepared a basket in the kitchen with some snacks and coffee pods, and a few bottles of water, which was so very nice of her. This venue is close to many popular Branson attractions. We visited Top of the Rock, Sight & Sound, Silver Dollar City, the Branson Landing, Tanger Outlets. We felt right at home, and the condo was so nice to come back to at the end of busy days. We will definitely be back, and give this condo the highest rating!

I stayed here with my old college roommates, and it was everything we wanted! Comfortable, clean, affordable, beautiful views, and the pool and lake access was so nice! Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Sheri!

My husband and I are from Wichita KS and both grew up loving the outdoors - water skiing, snow skiing, hunting, fishing, etc. We have 4 children (3 boys and 1 girl). When our children were very young, we took our first trip to Tablerock Lake and rented a boat for some outdoor fun. This first trip in 2009, we just happened to rent a condo in Emerald Pointe, which was the beginning of many more lake trips to come. Our family lake trips are some of our very best memories. We now have 3 children married, 5 grandchildren and the 6th on the way. When the opportunity arose to buy a condo at The View in Emerald Pointe we knew it would be a way to enjoy more time with family at Tablerock Lake but also share with other families to enjoy what we love the most. We hope that your stay in Emerald Pointe will begin a lifelong tradition of enjoyment for your family as well.

The location is perfect if you want to get away to something more quiet on the water, but still have activities and entertainment nearby. The View is exactly that!! It's name says it all!! The View is spectacular - one of the best on the lake!! If you want to shop, golf, go to a concert, fine dining, go to a show, dinner cruise, rent watercraft, amusement park, water park, it's all within 10-20 minutes away, some even less. Hollister is also less than 10 mins away with 2 grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

What makes us unique is the quiet feel of being on the lake and getting to enjoy nature and quiet, but also having close access to lots of activities or busyness if you want that too. The condo is very spacious and a private balcony makes it so enjoyable to watch the sunsets or enjoy an early morning cup of coffee. You will usually see deer, rabbits, woodpeckers, humming birds, bald eagles and other fun little critters from time to time. You will see the Branson Belle and Lady Liberty dinner cruises pass by and be able to watch lots of lake fun, but It's so peaceful and a quiet place to relax and get away!!
