A perfect stay! This place had everything we needed. The elevator was awesome to have and the beach wagon was a life saver when transporting things to the beach. Overall wonderful host and great place to stay!

We had a wonderful girl’s trip! Great location and excellent communication with the host. The condo was spotless and had all of the amenities needed for a relaxing weekend. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us

Beautiful home, great location!

We stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation and couldn’t have picked a better spot! The location in Clearwater Beach was perfect! It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. The property was very clean and comfortable, and Stephanie was a wonderful host who made communication easy from start to finish. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great location

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of space and the owners provided us with everything we needed especially for the beach. Everything was in walking distance, the main shops and restaurants were about a half mile walk and the beach was a short walk. Overall it’s a beautiful townhouse that I recommend for a large family.

This is a great place to stay. The host is very quick to return messages if there are questions. They have chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon for the beach. The beach is very close to the house and great views of the sunsets. A definate win

Perfect Location!

My husband and I and our sons and daughter-in-laws had the best time here! We had a small glitch upon arriving but Stephanie was very quick to help us and make things right! The kids loved the pickle ball courts right across the road and everywhere we went was within walking distance! The place was very spacious and was perfect for our family. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place to Vacation

This location was truly incredible. Spectacular views, from the balconies and the roof. A short walk and you’re on the beach. Just minutes from everything on the Clearwater strip. The pictures do not do the property justice. Clean, warm and a wonderful place to come home from after sight seeing or a stroll on the beach. Would highly recommend.

Great host

Property is pretty awesome, as described. My biggest concern was how far the walk to beach was going to be. But it was only a 5 min walk, super easy. Recommend it to anyone

Prefect townhouse for the family!

From check in to check out, Stephanie was very communicative! The townhouse has plenty of parking. The townhouse was stocked with towels, beach stuff and bathroom everything! The public pool (with giant water slide) was a two block walk, when my littles didn’t want to beach it! A very memorable week here with my family!

Our stay was excellent. Exceeded our expectations by a mile. The property is fantastic. The location was our favorite part. You are within walking distance of everything. Beach. Shops. Restaurants. All of it. Everything at your finger tips. But the amazing part is the property is very quiet. Evenings, mornings. Quiet. I barely heard a sound.

We were in town for a wedding and Thanksgiving. We had a fantastic week at the property! A family of 5 with 3 teens we had lots of space to spread out. The rooftop deck with hot tub and views was amazing!Stephanie was wonderful, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed including roasting pans and a turkey fryer! The night we arrived I looked for the iron in preparation for the events we had that week. When I couldn’t locate it and reached out, she was incredibly responsive, and we had a brand new iron in hand promptly. With the park and pickle ball courts right outside your door and beach across the street, you can’t beat the location. We will be back for sure.
