Large open gourmet kitchen fully equipped w/granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Jenn-Air 5 burner gas stove top, wall oven(s) kitchen island, breakfast nook, computer corner. Kitchen opens to a huge great room w/ gas fireplace, media center, 50 inch flat screen HDTV. 16 ft double sliding glass doors that leads to backyard.

We bought this home for our family and for us to some day retire to. We fell in love with the Palm Valley area where you will find the streets lined with Palm Trees and a dozen of spectacular golf courses nearby. We love ALL sporting events and this area is perfect for that, easy access to any professional Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Hockey venue's. This house is a semi custom beautiful home built in a gorgeous, quiet area and the neighborhood is well kept with every yard manicured to perfection. The amenities are close by, great shopping and restaurants you won't need to get back on the freeway everything is here in Palm Valley for you and your family.
