This info. would include the names of the guest(s), your mailing address and a cell phone number which you can be reached during your stay here.

By submitting and completing payment for the reservation, the guest acknowledges receipt of the rental agreement, including all terms, conditions, and house rules, and agrees to be bound by them.
Cancellation Policy: If a Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation. The deposit will be refunded, if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.

There is a surveillance device that monitors the outside of the property. It is attached to the main house, monitoring the street to entry of complete property. It is not placed on the rented unit, where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
