Amazing time for a trip with my brothers and father. Incredibly convenient to fishing charters and nearby Key West attractions.

The communication with Jenny & Kim was outstanding! They were consistent in sending detailed emails and text messages throughout our stay. Benny -the onsite support team- was beyond helpful during our stay; he made it extremely seamless answering questions, providing useful area recommendations, and helping us with the ice machine on-property. Overall, a great stay. Looking forward to coming back!

The property is older and could use some updates to the bathrooms. The grout and caulking showed definite signs of wear and some mold. It was also further from downtown than what was advertised. The air-conditioning was great! One helpful tip would be to put a light over the dining room table for playing cards, games, etc.

There is a huge balcony, with an amazing water view. The location is great, just one mile from Duval Street. The unit was well stocked, with everything that we needed in the kitchen and throughout. Hosts were extremely helpful, with immediate responses to all messages / questions.

Thank you for staying with us. The condo is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Due to Key West’s tropical island environment, nearby marina activity, and open-air walkways, floors can naturally collect fine outdoor debris during a stay. All was as described and it is as pretty as it looks in the pictures. Very clean. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Even saw manatees off the dock as pictured in the advertisement! A touch noisy at certain times of day next to busy street. Pool chairs not too comfortable. Fortunately, we are beach people. Would stay again!

Floors were filthy even though we were told they were mopped. Bottom of curtains had stains. Lots of mold.

Thank you for your feedback. When the floor concern was brought to our attention on the 2nd day of your stay we responded within minutes and offered to have our cleaning team return that same day. Unfortunately, despite several follow-up attempts we didn't receive a response for more than 24 hours. As with many homes throughout Key West, fine environmental debris can be tracked indoors despite professional cleaning. The home is centrally air conditioned and the HVAC system is professionally maintained on a semiannual service schedule by a licensed company. Although we did not observe staining during our post-stay inspection, we had the curtains cleaned as part of our ongoing maintenance. -Kim & Jenny 🌴

It was a lovely location and walkable to most things you would need, if you are able, and if not there is a bus/trolley stop nearby. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, and the amenities were all as described. Mac’s Place, right next door was super convenient and worth the schlepp. We were also graced every morning by a manatee right off of the docks there. We were on the 2nd floor and could see him plainly. There are official people there allowed to approach and they gave him fresh water to drink every day. What a sight ! Chance of a lifetime thing for sure ! We had a great time !

Key West Anniversary’s Trip

The condo was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our trip and the location. I did have a problem one day with a large party in the pool. Very loud and loud music. Also drinking vodka from a glass bottle in the pool. I contacted Anthony and someone came and removed the bottle. Thank you.
