Dwell HTX is located in the heart of the historic First Ward Arts District less than 1 mile from downtown Houston. The home is located steps from the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail with easy access to bike share stations. The path offers gorgeous views and a quick ride to downtown. Everything was perfect. The location of the property was centralized and very convenient to nearby businesses. I loved everything about the property. The cleanliness of all rooms, the neighborhood, and the house as a whole was wonderful. I can’t wait to visit again.

Good quiet neighborhood. House was clean except the BBQ pit. 2nd bedroom bed had a huge dip in the middle. Other than that we had a great stay!

The place was just as pictured and so convenient to downtown Houston. Every room is spacious. You can park two cars in the driveway. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a perfect location & the area is not crowded. We had plenty of space & loved how cozy it was.

Great Stay
My family and I enjoyed our time at this clean, spacious, open home. Easy access to freeways and good food nearby. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive!

Dustin was an amazing host and the home was perfect for my family! We had an amazing time and were comfortable our entire trip. I have absolutely no complaints about the home and I would suggest it to any family or big group looking to stay in Houston!

Great place and location.
Really enjoyed staying at this property. Close to downtown so many places to go. It’s on a quiet street too. All the beds were comfortable and place was really clean. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Houston.

Great house in a great location
House was great to stay in. Clean and well taken care of. Location was good with access to anywhere we wanted via Uber/Lyft. Walkable to a few spots too.

The house was great for our weekend in Houston. Clean, spacious, kitchen well appointed. Close and convenient to everything. There were several lights out throughout the house, especially primary bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Bordering on a couple questionable streets. I felt safe in the house, but wouldn’t go walking around.

The home is located steps from the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail with easy access to bike share stations. The path offers gorgeous views and a quick ride to downtown. There is also plenty to explore in the 1st Ward neighborhood where you can take a short walk to a local coffee shop, restaurants, beer garden, and the Sawyer Yards Arts Complex that features more than 300 art galleries and arts related businesses. (Target is located within a quick walk as well).
