The house is set up well enough, and has a contemporary feel. The furniture is fine, but it's inexpensive assembled furniture, with the exception of the sofas. I found many pieces of furniture (stools, etc) that needed tightening.The kitchen is minimally stocked. You can get by, but we found ourselves getting stuff out of storage to augment. There weren't things like measuring cups, and the silverware was scant and mismatched, with around 4 of each type. Plenty of extra towels and sheets were provided.The off-street parking was great. Plenty of room on the driveway. The garage door is really low, and probably couldn't fit our SUVs through it. The yard was also nice, and was maintained weekly.The wifi was great and really high-speed.The neighborhood was ok. The house is at the beginning of the neighborhood, and is the only way in, so there's a lot of traffic that goes by. It wasn't a bother to us inside the house, but you noticed if you went on a walk in the neighborhood, as there are no sidewalks.

Spacious property. Ample bonus space in the basement. Great air conditioned escape from the heat. Neighborhood a little subpar but the home was remodeled well. Super close to Redstone arsenal.

AC works great - apart from in the bedroom with the TV where it doesn't blow hardly at all. It's clean. It allows pets. Yard is fenced but the gate doesn't latch so you can't let your pup off leash if they are prone to doing a runner. Area - contrary to the one other review I saw is fine - you are downtown in a city, so it's not better homes and gardens, but it's not unsafe. The only real glaring omission is that there's no dishwasher, which is odd in a rental. There are sufficient plates/flatware/pans to cook, although we didn't.Stayed for a week. Had no issues. Would stay there again.
