Sandy beach is only a 5 min walk away (1.5 blocks). Our three bedroom two bath home located deep in old town Bay St Louis Mississippi sits under a canopy of historic oak trees. Wireless internet, cable, hardwood floors, tile bathrooms, and fully stocked kitchen make this home an easy get-away adventure.

Satellite map shows our home is located near the widest beach in town. The beach experience will feel like your own private access as we are situated in a quiet neighborhood.

Experience the natural beauty of the area by use of our bikes or kayaks. Beach gear (chairs, carts, toys) are for use by our guests. Whether you are looking to host a craw fish boil or game of football in the expansive backyard, the large acreage (nearly an acre) will give you plenty of space to unwind.

quaint cottage on stunning property

Cottage is as described- clean, nice floor plan, and easy to relax in. The back yard is stunning- with beautiful oak trees and plenty of space to run and play football. A few blocks to the beach and Main Street. Natalie is a great hostess.

May weather didn't disappoint

Only a five minute walk to the clean, uncrowded beach; cute neighborhood; beautiful grounds; the sweet smell of honeysuckle everywhere we walked. Comfortable beds with nice linens; well equipped kitchen; plenty of hot water for showers and laundry. Enough stores in town to fill a day of shopping; good restaurants and live music in town or take a 10 minute drive across the bridge to Pass Christian. Be sure to rent a golf cart from Bay Rentals and take a sunset cruise with Twisted Tiki Tours!

Perfect little family getaway!

Beautiful property, perfectly ducked away, with all the space you need for your little ones to run around. Our children (ages 7,5, & 1) had so much fun running and playing in the yard, and the swing on the huge oak tree was the star of the show! We will hopefully be back soon. The pictures don’t do this place any justice - WAY more secluded and beautiful than we expected. Wonderful family getaway spot!

Amazing family getaway

Our family came from Mississippi and Washington to spend some family time together. The house was great. We walked everywhere and had the best time. It was comfortable and felt like hone. It was a low stress vacation thanks to this rental.

Very Nice Place!

Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Communication with the owner was excellent! We never walked to the beach due to too much to haul, but it’s close with parking.

Great weekend getaway

Perfect place to spend a long weekend with family. Yard is beautiful and area is quiet. House was well equipped and owners very responsive to questions. Would stay here again!

Perfect Mid-Point

We wanted to go to New Orleans and Orange Beach. This was a perfect mid-point to do all that we needed to do. The house has all that we needed and the shed has most of the amenities that you need to go to the beach!! Most people on this coast line do not use pop up tents like we do on the Texas, so make sure that you have a big umbrella for shade.

Fantastic property and owners!

This is a beautiful property, just a short walk to the beach. We visited here after a last minute cancellation by another VRBO owner, and thank God they canceled! Our first communication with Natalie was great, and it only got better. The house is a little dated and needs some repairs but nothing that got in the way of our vacation. Comfortable accommodations, and VERY clean. The back yard is amazing - it's an oasis. This town is a gem. It's friendly, beautiful and the beaches are fantastic. We will most definitely be back!

Perfect Location

It doesn't get much better than this short walk to Bay St Louis's uncrowded beach and proximity to Main St for strolling around town and grabbing some oysters. The perfect weekend getaway!

Great home in the Bay

Very cute house, lots of room. It is exceptionally large And fenced in. Short walk to the beach whilel we did not use the kayaks that were provided, we did use the bicycles to go over to Old Towne BSL We will definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

Beautiful property. Exactly what we were looking for!

Space was perfect. Lovely home. Really liked that bikes and kayaks were available for use although bikes were not all in working order which was disappointing since we are a family of five. Will recommend to others. Thank you!

Great place to stay

The house was very clean and plenty of room for me and my family. The neighborhood was quiet which was nice for just lounging around outside late in the evening. Very short walk to the beach and is in very close proximity to some great restaurants. We will definitely be going back at our next opportunity.

A very special place.

The home was very nice and large enough for everyone. The kids loved having their own room with the bunkbeds. The backyard was an added bonus with the large oak trees and lots of grass. A very peaceful atmosphere after beach and sun. My family took full advantage of the available kayaks and the bikes. The city did a great job adding the paved bike/walking path all along the coast. This will definitely be on our list of places to stay in the future.

It was a perfect setting for our family vacation!

My daughters and their families joined us for a long weekend stay close to the beach. This house was perfect for us. The fully equipped kitchen ended up being one of our main areas to gather, because we love to cook. The outside seating and grilling area was another. The grandsons had a blast being able to run and play in the spacious back yard. The house was beautifully decorated and very cozy. It was also big enough that we were not on top of each other all weekend. The hosts made it very easy to check in and check out and were always very prompt to respond to messages sent to them. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others.

Awesome Mother-Daughter Spring Break Escape

We loved the charm and feel of the house. It is exactly like the pictures. We immediately felt at home! The yard is huge and gorgeous! The location was perfect. We will need to come back to take full advantage of everything the property and Bay S. Louis have to offer. The Roys were great to work with!

Perfect for a family with kids.

The house had every amenity needed that most don't think of when taking a trip. Its location to the beach was great as well as being just a few short blocks from many excellent restaurants overlooking the ocean. The house itself was a perfect size for my parents, wife, and three children. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Chad and Natalie Roy live in Louisiana but find weekend visits to the Bay a time to reconnect with family. Chad is a native of Lafayette Louisiana and Natalie is from Canterbury New Hampshire.

Chad grew up visiting Bay Saint Louis as a teenager and enjoyed sailing, fishing, and boating with friends. The small town charm and kindness of residents still exists today. Despite the severity of Hurricane Katrina, the beach was rebuilt to be wider and the bike trail completes the experience of exploring the area.
