This excellent apartment, located in the Armação neighborhood, has 1 great suite, comfortable living and dining room and full kitchen.
The Smart Convenções building has a area with swimming pool and sensational views of the region and Boca do Rio beach. Its privileged location is close to several important points in the city such as Ondina, Rio Vermelho and Boca do Rio!
It is perfect for those looking to be close to the beautiful beaches and diversity of Soteropolitana!
We take care of the house with great care and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate; Reservations from 15 nights will be charged according to consumption.
**A deposit of R$ 500.00 is required. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
