Immaculate 3 ensuite home with Stunning Water view Pool HGTV ideal vacation home

Enjoy all the privacy with 3 private bedroom suites and bathrooms with beautiful water views overlooking the water.
The home is centrally located on the island with an 8 foot biking and walking path to the beach in front of the house(1.5 miles to beach) shopping plaza and gym (0.5 mile away)
There is ample parking with a 2 car garage and 2 spaces for golf carts or guests (driveway on quiet side street)

The home has 3 “suites” as each bedroom has its own bath and accommodates up to 6 guests. The 30 x 28 foot vaulted ceiling great room overlooks the pool and beautiful long water view.
Pool with spa air jets and is heated by Solar
-Great room: comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area which all have a view to the lanai pool and open water view. Completely redecorated including floors, paint, furniture and a 75 inch smart tv.
-The private master bedroom with a water view and bathroom has an 8 foot double vanity, 2 person garden tub, and an oversize rainfall shower.
-The other two other bedrooms, each have a queen-sized bed and their own bath.
-There are laundry facilities with washer and dryer. Linens, weber grill, beach towels, books, and board games are all provided.
**My wife and I manage the home and are available for assistance in the attached guest house. EVERYTHING in both homes are 100% independent completely private and separate, The only common item used is the driveway. Read reviews**

Great Stay in Marco

My family and I had an amazing time in Marco. The house is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The owner is incredibly responsive, we were even able to check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in paradise

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks, and our daughters each came for a visit with their husbands and our granddaughter. It is a beautiful home! The layout is great and it is very spacious with a beautiful view of the water from the lanai. There’s plenty to do very close to the home, and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was a terrific escape from the snow and cold back home!

Wonderful Experience

We had a great week in this beautiful home! Really appreciate that the owners let us check in early. Home layout was perfect as our college students had their own end of the house while my husband and I had the other end. Beautiful home and gorgeous view. Very convenient location. Too cool to use the pool but enjoyed sitting outside.

Very nice home in a great location. Quick drive to public beach access. Hosts were very responsive. Home was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and its patio seating in the early morning and evening. Beds and common area seating very comfortable. Thanks so much!

Great vacation spot

We stayed with our adult children. We loved everything about the home. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the pool area, grilling and eating outside and fishing off the dock. It was just as described, clean and comfortable!

One of our best times on Marco ever

Like the description says - immaculate. Everything you need was there and so convienent. We actually stayed in most days and just hung out at the pool. We also were very fortunate to run into the owners and through our conversation shared a common bond. We would not hesitate to stay there again as our first choice. *****

Marco Retreat

This home is beautifully located on a channel. It was very relaxing to go out and look at the fish in the channel and all the other sea life. We were hoping to see a dolphin but that didn’t happen. The house was great with 3 separate bedrooms and bathroom so everyone had their own privacy. We enjoyed the pool every night after a day of adventures I would recommend this home and hope down the road to possibility return. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home.

Great Spring Break

We stayed at Tom & Gabriela’s beautiful home this past week 3/2-3/9/24, our first spring break that both college kids aligned up in 3 years! The property was beautiful and clean, really loved the black and white as it is similar to our home, which made it more comfortable. Marco Island was a first for us and enjoyed it overall, clean friendly and easy to get around. The back patio and pool was enjoyed all day and evenings. Dock access was great for fishing and kayaking and the view down the canal was beautiful. I'm not sure if Tom & Gabriela are aware that two burrowing Owls roost in the palms next to the pool, ALL Day everyday we were there, I mean they were 4-6 feet away at head level and did not care how often we looked or snapped pictures, they were so breathtakingly perfect little creatures. We would definitely recommend this house!

Gorgeous home, Great neighborhood

We rented this home with 2 other couples. The house was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was picturesque, we frequently enjoyed the beauty of the area. There is a grocery store within walking distance so that was helpful for meals we didn't want to eat out.

Relaxing week at Marco island

We had a amazing stay for a week. The house and pool was clean, well stocked and perfect for our stay with 5 adults. The location was good. Though the beach was a mile or two away we enjoyed the walk. The owners responded to our requests. There were some water supply issues around the house. The owners handled it with urgency and gave us discount. All in all we loved the house and Marco island.

Exactly as Promised

This was our first time visiting Marco and Tom and his property were exactly as described. Having three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a pool made the stay convenient and enjoyable. The house is updated with a large kitchen, washer and dryer, and two-car garage for parking. Tom has beach gear for trips to the ocean and kitchen amenities for home-cooking. The property is located close to everything on the island. Also, included is a map of the island with highlights not to be missed like Dolphin Tiki Bar, Tigertail Beach, Sunset Grill, and water rentals. Tom is a great host by answering questions in a timely manner and respecting our privacy. We highly recommend.

Beautiful home!

This property was absolutely beautiful and clean! I’m very particular about cleanliness and usually clean it myself when we arrive, but I didn’t have to do that here. The house is large and fully stocked with everything you need. The only issue we had was that the bikes were not Available to use this week, as was advertised. We were disappointed in this as we would have brought our own had we known that they weren’t available . We were able to rent some and enjoyed riding to the beach each morning. But I’d definitely check with owner on their availability before you come. We also enjoyed the pool and patio area. All in all we loved our stay here and would definitely rent again!

Owner Very Accommodating

The house was exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was large enough for 2-3 people at a time. Loved the breakfast bar - all our breakfasts were eaten at the breakfast bar. We let the owner know the blender was broken and he had a replacement within 3 hours. We shared our preference on bedding and the owner purchased them. He was very friendly and approachable. The house was very comfortable for our group.

Marco Island Vacation

Tom's property was exactly as advertised, fabulous! It is the cleanest property we've ever rented, fully stocked with anything we needed and Tom responded immediately to any question we posed to him. This is a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and within an easy walk/drive to all the public beaches on the island. We will definitely stay here in the future.
