Beautiful Rustic single level 2 bedroom/2 bath log cabin in wooded setting with easy access. It has a well appointed Kitchen for making your favorite family meals. Hand made cedar log King size bed in Master Suite with its own attached bath, Second bedroom on opposite side of home allows for a little privacy and has a lovely cedar log bunk bed, queen down with twin above, and a second full bathroom. Quality leather sleeper sofa. Outdoor charcoal BBQ grill on wrap around covered porch and seating to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or evening nightcap. Steps away a fire pit for making smores and telling ghost stories. TV in living room with DVD player, and WiFi. Enjoy family game night with variety of board games or just read by the fireplace and enjoy the forest views through large two story windows. Washer and Dryer. Outside security camera.

The home was perfectly “Rustic”. It is a very nice property and very private.I would have appreciated at least a few clothes hangers in the closets. We were going to a wedding and needed to hang clothes.I also expected some staples in the pantry and a better quality frying pan.We live in Northern California and if this cabin was at Lake Tahoe we’d rent this property every year.

Cabin was great. Clean, roomy, comfortable beds, basics like towels and kitchenware were all stocked. Location wasn't as secluded as we hoped for, but overall wasn't bad. Some road noise could be heard, but that patio table was where we spent our mornings, enjoying the scenery and nature. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Host provided detailed info and was easy to reach when keypad didn't work upon arrival. 30 seconds later, we were in and unpacking.

This is a cute cabin, but seems like since it's for sale, the bare minimum is being offered. It was stocked with dishes, paper products and towels. Nothing extra that we had come to expect, like coffee, sugar, coffee filters, a hair dryer, shampoo, and/or soap. I'm sure those things aren't required, but every other place we've booked through VRBO or the other one, have always had at least those. The ceiling fan in the great room did not work and the one in the master squeeked so loud, we had to turn it off and use the stand fan from the other room to sleep. The hot tub was great, good water pressure, the beds are comfortable, great location and decent price.

This property has been neglected for some time now. All the rain gutter is fulled with debris and has trees growing in them. It looked as tho when we rented the property somone came out and replaced rotten board because they were all brand new and not even painted to try and match. There were several broken things on the inside of the cabin like sink sprayer, ceiling fan in living room and multiple light switches that we are sure what they went too. The host of the property was hard to communicate with it took several days to get a responce to an email. The thing that tops it off is I reserved the cabin for one price (paid in full) and a few days later was told that i had to pay almost200 more. Never again will i rent this property or from this host

Quiet property in a wonderful location close to everything

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Broken Bow. It was exactly as described and was perfect for us to rent for our son's baseball tournament. The owner was easy to communicate with and the cabin was clean upon arrival. We will definitely rent this cabin again if we come back for another baseball tournament.

Needs upgrades

It was okay. Some windows could have used a good dusting. Both bathroom doors could not shut properly. Some board games were missing pieces. Had trouble getting TV to work in living room. Hot tub was nice. We liked the wrap around porch-although some boards needed to be replaced. I almost fell through on the side porch.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We appreciate the easy access of Beaver's Bend and the beauty of the area. After vacationing there several years ago, we decided it was a great location for us. We throw a cooler in the car, take the dog and Grandma up for the weekend and feel like we have really gotten away. Hiking, driving and exploring the dam and river, sitting outside and just looking at the stars helps us recharge.
