The Villa at Quinta del Encanto, 25 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, is a 3 story villa plus a roof terrace overlooking the Banderas Bay and the shores of Puerto Vallarta. Designed by a prominent architect and award winning interior designer, the villa is a Mexican residence with enchanting details which includes a hillside pool. The villa is maintained by our housekeeper to make your stay truly a vacation. The pool and grounds are cared by our groundsman. Casita Chiquita is a double bed guest room with private bath and patio.

The Villa offers Casa Alegre a two story 2 queen bed bedrooms, 2 bathroom accomodation. On the pool level with separate exterior entrances is Casita Amanacer, a queen bed suite with a kitchen and bath and sitting area on the pool terrace. In addition is Casita Chiquita, a double bed and bath room accomodation with its own patio on the pool terrace. The villa can be rented as a 4 bedroom accomodation or any of the units combined or separately. See our website for details.

Our pool is heated during the winter months which is essentsl to enjoy daytime or at night. The style and details considered in developing this property are unusual for the area of the Riveria Nayarit shores extending to Pta.Mita and the communites on the noth shore of the Bay of Banderas. .

Amazing

The overall experience was simply amazing! Paul and Luis Angel made my stay incredible!! Right from the start I had communication on wattsapp with Paul and Luis Angel so I could easily communicate with them. They provided me useful information on my stay and also on what to do around La Cruz, that was nice! It’s well spotted you have a nice view of the Bahia and the pool was nice and warm. One night I had a BBQ with a friend (Charcoal and gas you can have both). The room was clean, you can also clean your clothes on the spot there’s a washing machine and a dryer. The staff was very nice and polite and very helpful. I will make sure I will go back on my next trip in La Cruz! Pat

Visit to La Cruz (on the high side of the highway)

Owner and staff exceptional. Comfort and cleanliness above 5-star! Have never in my life slept better!! Honest. Nice little plunge pool for the hot days. The view is world class. Check in and check out were possibly the most convenient I’ve ever experienced. They even help carry luggage up and down the staircases. On the downside, the location is at the very top of the hill overlooking La Cruz and PV. Quite a hike the Ocean. You also have to cross a major highway (4 lane highway and two laterals). This (proximity, highway and elevation climb) makes the hike home agruelling after an already long day of walking and, tougher if you’re carrying anything. Bring a backpack. Note that our neighbours used a cab at 50 pesos each way down and up. One other thing, we stayed in the room “Casita Chiquita”. Good room for sleeping in. However, showering and bathroom activities are a one person event as is any breakfast prep. Cooking in the suite is really not an option. Lastly, in the morning, this suite has little to no privacy from that one on the right. If you don’t care about the second paragraph, a great place to stay. T&M

Kevin thank you for your review. Yes Casita Chiquita is best for a short term stay without much cooking as we alerted you but happy you slept well. Casita Chiquita’s personal covered patio, although outside, offers more room to this Casita. We do take pride in our bedding and linens and our staff attempts to make us more a destination stay and that our guests feel at home. The local taxi is the friend of guests not renting cars and who prefer to be out of the towns cluster and activities that can be noisy. The view makes up for the hillside location! We hope we have the opportunity to host you again
