Welcome to your private retreat, offering the essentials for a comfortable and convenient stay. This unit is perfect for those seeking a simple, no-frills space in the heart of Los Angeles. This unit is furnished with the basic necessities.
**Sleeping Arrangements: King-size bed with cotton bedding and pillows for a restful night.
**Kitchen Essentials: Equipped with basic necessities, including a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, cutting boards, trash can, and a basic set of plates, utensils, and cookware.
**Bathroom: Features a tub and shower with cotton towels.
** Entertainment: Relax and unwind with a Roku TV offering access to all your favorite streaming services.
**Comfort: Stay comfortable year-round with window air conditioning unit; unit includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping space; the living room offers two lounge chairs and a dining table for four; an extra small room functions as an office, complete with a desk, a Herman Miller office chair, and a cabinet for storage.
**Building Amenities: Enjoy access to an outdoor pool for a refreshing swim and an on-site laundry room for your convenience.
**Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availably before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc) not included. ** Move in after 4PM; Move out by 11 AM.
** This space is non-smoking.
** Housekeeping: Our rental doesn't include on-going housekeeping. We will not be refreshing any towels and sheets during your mid-term stay.

Getting Around:
Transportation is simple and convenient from this prime location. With a private parking spot in the building’s garage, exploring LA by car is stress-free. Prefer public transit? The Hollywood/Highland Metro station is nearby, offering easy access to Universal Studios, Downtown LA, and more. Rideshare services are readily available, and many attractions are within walking distance, making this the ideal location to experience the best of Hollywood.

By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:
**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit as. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord before moving in and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**The Guest must successfully complete an application process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.
Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
