Super cute and cozy apartment in the heart of Winthrop with easy parking. Terrific home base for exploring the North Cascades. Hosts are communicative and kind. Would stay here again!

Stayed here on a visit to North Cascades. This apartment is so cute and inviting. We loved being right on the main street in Winthrop and so close to stores and restaurants.

The location was absolutely perfect with free parking right at your door. The apartment is very comfortable and full of old world charm.

The actual interior was really cute and charming. The property is also centrally located in town.Water pressure in kitchen and shower was fine. However, the water pump style faucet in bathroom only allowed for a trickle of water, making it difficult to wash up or shave,The parking area should have had markers to divide the area into the four car slots.The lockbox direction was not clear. It should have made it clear that there are multiple boxes and multiple boardwalks. That ours was at the boardwalk AT THE BACK of the building. We were not aware of this and figured the entrance was at front. We faced the building and tried unsuccessfully to use the wrong lockbox at the front boardwalk.

Cute and Eclectic in the Heart of Winthrop

This apartment is absolutely adorable. The photos honestly don't do it justice. We felt perfectly at home here and enjoyed being right in town and able to walk over the bridge and along the path to meet up with friends. We didn't need to communicate with the owner but heard great things about her from the owner of the glass workshop across the street and Stacie, who was in the gallery on Saturday. Winthrop is a special place and Purple Sage apartments are another reason to love this town.

This little place was kitschy and cute and in a great location to walk Winthrop and leave the car. Bed was super comfortable after long hikes. Would have preferred a regular coffee pot or Keurig to French press. No Netflix as stated on informational fact sheet and no local channels came in, but plenty of dvds if you are so inclined.

Quaint place in a good location if heading up North Cascades Highway. Convenient to restaurants and a nice town. A/C was only a wall unit in bedroom that was noisy so hard to sleep and did not do much to cool living space, but luckily it wasn’t overly hot when we visited. Simple amenities like hair dryer and soap would be appreciated, as well as a larger TV, but the small monitor-sized TV was fine for our needs. Overall nice for a night or two and better than a hotel room for sure.
