The open plan living area has high ceiling. Furnished to a very high standard. New carpet and corner leather sofa. Overhead ceiling fan to improve air circulation - casual tables, lamps, pictures, ornaments etc to make the villa a real “home from home”

The tiled fitted kitchen is fully-equipped, and includes the following equipment: - full-size range (oven) and hob, - microwave, - large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, - dishwasher, - kitchen sink/drainer with waste disposal, - coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food blender, food mixer, electric can opener, full range of crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils, - all dinnerware and glassware for internal dining, and plastic ware for external dining,

The dining area adjoins the Kitchen area, and provides seating for six at the quality dining suite. All place-settings and napkins/rings are provided for those who prefer a more formal dining experience.

Great home

The home was wonderful and everything was as listed. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and the owner was so helpful during the arrival process!

Exceeded all expectations

The house exceeded all of our families expectations! By far the best vacation rental we have stayed at. Great convienent location! We will definitely be back to make more memories!

Nice vacation spot

It was perfect for our family and off the beaten path, only downfall was there was alot of road construction going on but hopefully that won't be for too long.

Davenport March 2019

The villa we stayed in was extremely clean and this included the property and the pool. We were central to both the Gulf, Atlantic Coasts and the attractions at Disney in Orlando. We did have an issue with one of the appliances and it was dealt with in a satisfactory and timely manner. Sharon and Mark were great and looked after our every need during our stay. We will be definitely booking our next Florida vacation with them. Rod and Cathy NL Canada

Very clean, exactly like the pictures

The house was very clean. It looked just like the pictures showed. It was close to everything. Perfect home away from home. Overall we have a wonderful experience

Fun. Easy. Great Value!

My family of four stayed here for 6 nights 7 days end of July. When we got there we were glad that it was in a gated community and the house looked exactly like the pictures. Our kids loved the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom and the pool was perfect size. We also loved that we were able to prepare a meal at home and do laundry all while on vacation. This place is also close to grocery stores and Dunkin donuts. :) Also thank you to Sharon who made booking this vacation home easy and comfortable. She was quick to respond to whatever questions I had and made the process less stressful. If you are new to vacation homes or stayed at them in the past, you have to stay here if you are looking for a spot outside of Orlando but still close enough to it. Loved the updated look to the house as well. The homeowner's really do a great job to make you feel at home! We are looking forward to the next trip! -Kristen

Amazing Place

Great place to stay. The people looking after the place are incredible and I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay at this place. Very rarely does a place actually look after you when you get there. I've never been treated so great at a rental place my entire life. Thank you for the great experience. Jeff Aitkenhead
