Benchmark Hideout is the perfect getaway for a couple or large group! Rates adjust accordingly to be fair for everyone! We are located in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia! Only 1/4 mile to connector 59, Devil Anse, Buffalo Mountain & Rockhouse! Also just 3 miles to KY Outlaw Trails, restaurants, gas stations, museums, grocery/general stores, & car wash! Fenced small Pool, covered HOTTUB, (temp set to 96/98 for safety reasons) A Grill, two picnic tables, two fire pits (one has cooking grate), loads of fun games! Our calendar is filling up quickly! Book today! We are pet friendly (with a prepaid fee). Any pets that will be accompanying you must be mentioned at the time of booking & listed on reservation.

I would highly recommend staying here, it's perfect for what we were looking for. It was very clean, had plenty of space for our group. There are trail heads within minutes of the house which was perfect. The host was easy to get ahold of and very nice to talk to, helped us with anything we needed.

Great place right in the center of the trail system and nice, quiet, private. Easy access to town also trails Buffalo, Devil Anse, Rock House, Braveheart. If you want your own private setting without the resort or cabins with bunch of neighbors than this is the place. Enjoyed ever second of our stay. Thanks

Very clean, no issues. Great location! One of the nicer houses we’ve stayed in WV trails, very well stocked in great condition. Highly recommend.

Great place. Location was awesome, big driveway for trucks and trailers. The host was awesome. Quick and responsive to messages. Hot tub was great after riding all day. Would definitely go back.

Nice cozy place. It is actually 4 bedrooms instead of 5. One bedroom is big enough to have 2 queen beds and a 2 twins and is attached to one of the bathrooms. I made it a bit complicated to plan because I thought it was a separate bedroom. It is part of another bedroom. The place was big and cozy enough for the 11 of us.

I’m sorry you feel this way about Benchmark Hideout. Our location is very close to trail system. We had no issues with you or your group...other than the dog sleeping or laying on the bed & staining the mattress. We allow pets but we don’t allow them to be on furniture because it can cause problems. As far the house being clean we have very high rates from over 70 guests stating how clean the house is. We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay or like the house. Have a blessed day.

House was clean and convenient to access the trails. The host was very responsive to messages. We weren't able to use the propane grills, but there is a metal fire pit with grates that can used for cooking with charcoal. The fire pit is nice and we were able to have a fire a couple nights. Just check to make sure there are no turtles huddled in the blocks surrounding the fire pit. The house has NO CELL service, but wifi is available. A plus side, the Walmart in Williamson does deliver in case you need anything. The room layout is deceiving from the pictures, but there are 4 separate bedrooms and one bathroom is attached to the main bedroom. A day bed is located in the one living room. This house will definitely suit anyone with a large group. There is plenty of parking. Large enough for 3 trailers and multiple ATVs or SxS. Parking is all gravel. We had a great stay and would recommend this rental to anyone looking to ride the trails.

Everything was neat and clean. There were ample amenities as far as the kitchen goes, from a small ice maker to an Insta Pot. There was plenty of room for a large group although there were only four of us. Being completely transparent: The only down side is you have to request to change the temperature in the home. However, Paula was quick to respond and obliged both times I asked to have it adjusted. We did not use the hot tub or pool as it was alittle dirty. But it had also just stormed.
