This vacation house was as clean as a whistle! Very nicely decorated.. very well supplied and in a very nice location. Very enjoyable to sit outside on the beautiful deck and enjoyed playing cornhole on the Pittsburgh Steelers cornhole boards! Had a minor issue with the air-conditioning, but Matthew took care of it without delay! Highly recommend this property and hopefully will return next year.

The cabin was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for being able to cook (although we did not do so). Only drawback is the rain gutter near the side entrance was a bit low.

Pleasant little home just minutes from the lake. Check in was easy, the place was very clean when we arrived. Well stocked kitchen with necessities. A washer and dryer is available if you need to do any laundry. Plenty of comfortable seating is available both indoors and out. There is a fire pit, although we didn’t use it. Check out was also easy. Highly recommended!

Loved the house. Had stayed here before and plan to stay again. The amenities were fantastic. The location was close to stores and restaurants. We are senior citizens and the fact it was one story was great.

Great Property

Our stay here was superb. The house was gorgeous with many amenities. Will be booking for future trips to Pymatuning. The location was great with a centralized location to most of the park.

The pic's don't do it justice. This was a great cabin to stay in with my family for our fishing trip. Clean, spacious, smelled amazing with the pine wood. Such a great time!!!!!!!!

Place is great, except for all those under cabinet lights that there seems to be no way to shut off. They get very hot and you need to be mindful of what you may be leaving under those lights. Almost kept a loaf of bread there which probably would have been toast by morning. Could not seem to find a way to turn those lights off. Other than that, the place is great, second time staying there, close to lake. Also, I seem to remember a grill out back last year which was not there. Too cold to cook outside anyway. Hope to be back later this summer. Thank you.

Perfect location

Location was perfect. Mid way between Jamestown and Espyville. And not far from the spillway. Nice quiet neighborhood. Could park a number of vehicles in driveway if needed. Nice size bedrooms and kitchen dining area is roomy. Overall place is very unique.

Our reason for the visit was to see the birds and ducks. This is our second time staying there. The house is located in a nice quiet area. A little road traffic in front but not steady traffic. Very easy to get in and out of the driveway. Location is perfect if you want to go up to the marina and beaches or go down to the spillway. The house was very clean, Kitchen is stocked with everything you could want and then some. Beds are very comfortable. and many blankets and pillows. Nice to have a full bathroom and a half bath. Closet was full of bath towels and a large assortment of bath soaps. The sunroom is spacious. Nice area to drop your coolers and bags. Crocket set and corn hole game. Hot dog sticks for fire pit . We did not walk to the water. It is not real close by but you can walk there. Matt is very nice and prompt . Easy instructions on how to get there and how to enter the house. I very highly recommend this house.

Amazing house! Air conditioning was cold and we slept great! Our 1 year old loved playing in the breezeway and running in the yard. Thank you for letting my family make memories we will be back!
