Take garbage outside and put it in the garbage can. The Air Conditioner in the summer set to 74 degrees and in winter the heat to 68 degrees.
Gather all bedding and towels and out in washing machine and start load and put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
Between the Hours of 10pm and 8am no loud music- quiet hours. Pets should be leased when outside unless at the dog park.

Property had everything I needed and communications with the owner were pleasant, responsive and timely. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

We love this house. It’s very clean, all of the beds have new mattresses and are very comfortable it has a big yard for the dogs to play in. The location is in a nice neighbourhood and feels very safe. The host is very responsive and helpful.

The floors were very dirty—the bottoms of our feet were black after a half hour of walking around, and we have a crawling baby so that was very concerning. There was also grit in places, almost like kitty litter. There were extremely strong air fresheners in every room and when those were removed it seemed like they were covering an unpleasant scent. It lingered on our clothes after leaving. The beds were very high up, which is fine for most adults but if you have mobility issues or children it doesn’t work well. Aside from the cleanliness and the smell the property was fine, a bit old but as advertised and it was easy to get in.

My husband and I absolutely loved being at a house instead of a hotel. We appreciate it the hardwood flooring. I loved the bathroom the colors! I would have to say my favourite thing about the whole place was when I unlocked the garage to go and start the laundry. that back screen door, there’s just no other sounds like it and it brought back lots of memories good memories. I will have to say the only thing that I would’ve changed about the place was the mountain high bed lol! I am 5 foot and even standing on the step, I couldn’t get up in bed ha ha ha! What a site if we had taken a video. Thank you for our first verbo experience.

The property was clean and centrally located and beautiful. It is very simple, make sure you have everything you might need, coffee, toiletries etc. There is basic cooking equipment.

I’m sorry, but we do supply coffee, toilet paper and paper towel towels. Any other toiletries, would be of the personal variety and you would need to bring those. We do not supply a massive amount of toilet paper and paper towels and coffee, we provide enough to get you started, and if you’re staying longer, that would be up to you to provide. I’m sorry but we can not supply the amount a hotel can supply. We also provide pots and pans, dishes, and glasses, utensils, etc.

Property was as listed. Beds are soft but comfortable. Location in a quiet neighborhood. Any issues were addressed. Minimal cookware/utensils but sufficient for basic needs. Would stay here again.

Cozy and convenient!

Enjoyed the big bottle of creamer! Plenty of towels, TV in all bedrooms! Very clean! The only downfall that I had was the bed.

Clarksville TN

The check-in was great but the kitchen listed a dishwasher and there was not and there was some safety consents there was no smoke detectors and no fire extinguisher and the microwave screen was broken.This house was not handicap accessible, and the beds were broken, loud and outdated. The bathrooms were outdated and you could not even get a wheelchair into the bathroom and one of the bathroom doors didn’t shut. For the price it wasn’t worth it.

You are correct, I accidentally put that there is a dishwasher when there’s not. I have two other properties and I got mixed up. I have made that adjustment. The property does have several smoke detectors. I don’t appreciate you saying that there are no smoke detectors when they’re clearly are. You are correct, there is not a fire extinguisher. This property does not require one and I did not put that in the description. You mentioned that the microwave screen is broken, that is not true. The microwave is in perfect order and there’s nothing broken. The entry to the home is handicap accessible. It is flat with about a 1 inch porch to gain access to the home. The beds are not broken and that is a false statement. Two out of the three beds are brand new. If you could not get a wheelchair into the bathroom, I’m sorry. You mentioned that a bathroom door will not close. That is a fault statement. It does stick, but it will close. I do not mind feedback at all. But I do not appreciate the things that were mentioned above that are untrue. I will be addressing this with VRBO, and asking them to have this review removed because it is false. Before you give a review, you need to make sure that it’s correct and not false.

House was clean. Host communication was great. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Outside covered patio with plenty of chairs, big yard, it was very much a wonderful place to stay.

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our one night stay. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because we were not sent the code to enter until I sent several messages after check in time and even contacted VRBO. Once we had the code, the house and communication were good.
