Come enjoy and relax at this lake front property with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. You will have access to 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards and a canoe to enjoy the lake and do some fishing. There is a firepit on the beach for evening relaxing with firewood provided. The garage also has the ability for a camper hookup for additional guests. The 2 bathrooms feature a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer for added convenience. This home is only a few houses down from the boat launch if you are looking to bring your own gear. This is a pet friendly home! Had a boys vacation. Fathers n sons. Didn’t have to go anywhere. Just stayed there and relaxed, swim, and fish.

We saw and heard so many birds! From sparrows and finches to swans and a purple martin. The pictures and descriptions are pretty accurate. It feels like staying at the family cabin. The neighborhood is quiet and the lake is peaceful.

The host Jessica was great to deal with. The cottage was just as described. Our family loved the screen porch in the mornings. The flat lawn area and beautiful beach was perfect for playing lawn games. We also loved that the lawn and beach had full sun throughout the day. The dock was very nice for mooring a boat or to just sit out at the end and watch the wildlife activity on the water. The only thing that is a negative is that a few of the doors are very sticky and hard to close. We give the host and the cottage an A.

This was a little slice of heaven. Being located on Silver Lake made for a beautiful setting every day. The cabin had a super cute lake vibe which was just what we needed afted spending the day at the race track.

Perfect family getaway

Check in was a breeze, communication was easy and they responded quickly. The cabin itself was perfect. Plenty of sleeping room and hang out space. There was so much for all of us to do from ages 6-40. Kayaking and the lily pad was probably my favorite (only because I couldn’t stay standing on the paddle board haha) we would definitely recommend this place for a short or long vacation. The screened in porch was also a family favorite so we could enjoy the evening minus the bugs.

This lake house was the perfect home away from home for our family getaway! It had everything we needed and more. With family members ranging in age from 12 to 78, every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our time at Marshmallow Hill.We took full advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards—the lake was absolutely perfect! Our 12-year-old especially loved fishing and even tried casting a line from a kayak! The swim raft quickly became a favorite spot, serving as both a gathering place and a floating nap destination for our teens.The scenery was breathtaking. Each morning, the sun rose directly over the lake, and later the moon would rise across the water, creating unforgettable views. We were also treated to daily visits from a loon family with two babies, as well as an adult and juvenile eagle. Watching the wildlife was such a special part of our stay.The screened-in porch became one of our favorite places to gather. Mornings were spent sipping coffee, and evenings were filled with family conversations, laughter, and joy. We even ventured into Crandon for the Tuesday morning farmers market and enjoyed delicious ice cream from Yeti’s and Eats & Treats.What made this home truly unique, though, was the sense of family and history woven into it. You can feel the love and memories that have been created there over the years. Marshmallow Hill holds so many cherished memories for its family, and now it holds wonderful memories for ours as well.

The property was fantastic. There is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We enjoyed the private beach only a few times due to rainy weather. We played board games and cards. The lake is perfect for using the paddle boards and kayaks. There were many memories made and lots of laughter. The owners had the property stocked with everything a family needs, which I was not used too nor expecting. This was by far the nicest property and vbro experience we have had ever and hope to revisit if there is an opportunity. Thank you for sharing the lake home - #lakelifeforever

Cute lakeside cottage for a relaxing trip

My family rented this cottage and included 4 generations great grandparents, grandparents, parents and kids. There were 10 in our group plus one small dog. We used all the available sleeping areas including the loft above the garage. The listing was accurate and even better than the pictures. The house was nicely decorated and recently renovated. Appreciated the extra fridge space downstairs. There was a crockpot and almost everything you would need to find in the kitchen. Kitchen was small so expect to have only one or two people in the space at a time. There was no dishwasher, but we had the kids do the dishes and they enjoyed it. Our only complaint was most of the doors stuck and were hard to open and close. Loved h ING use of the kayaks, paddle boards and lily pad. The beach was so fun for the kids and we enjoyed the fire pit as well. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

This is a great vacation home! The view and the screened in porch were amazing… Jesse was very responsive to our needs and the place is very spacious and clean. This is our second time here and we can’t wait to come back again next year! Thank you for sharing this gem with us

The host is quick to respond to inquiries. The property is clean and feels like home. It has everything you might need in case you forget something from home. The lake view is superb from the screened in porch and the fishing was excellent.
