We absolutely loved the house and the pool. Every detail was done lovingly, the house is really beautiful, the view magnificent and the hosts Lia and Ionnis do not only make you feel so welcome, but are also at hand to give the best tips for exploring Andros! One of our favourite houses we have ever stayed at. If you are thinking of visiting Andros this is an amazing home from home.

Perfect location to relax and explore

The view from the Terrasse is breathtaking and the Hosts are very friendly and have us many tips. The Kids loved the pool which also offers a terrific view! The House is equipped in a very tasteful way. We liked it a lot!

Absolutely stunning villa

I cannot praise this villa enough. The views are amazing, the decor is tasteful, it's ell-equipped with everything you might need. The views are breath-taking. Lia and Ionnis are excellent hosts. Great communications. You will need a car, but the beach and local village are only a short ride away. Desperate to go back. Thank you Lia and Ionnis!

Spectacular views and wonderful host

We really didn't want to leave. Lia was the most attentive and helpful host. She dealt with a few everyday problems with super speed and good grace and nothing was too much trouble. As well as giving us great advice on things to do locally, she has also created a beautifully equipped home for her guests. We had everything we needed and a few things besides that I wouldn't have thought of. Even her choice of home fragrance and the keyring on the main door were tasteful and beautiful. The views are absolutely spectacular. You do need a car (they make no secret of this), but being fully mobile is important on Andros - not just for accessing the beautiful villa, but also for seeing as much of the island as possible. It's heart-soaringly gorgeous, and if you don't feel like going out, there's always the pool with the complete view of the local beaches, Gavrio town and all the hillsides in-between. I can't find any faults - just make sure you like walking, driving and stairs, and Andros (and the villa) will reward you wholesomely for your efforts. We had such a lovely time, we're already planning a return.

A peaceful place with a stunning view

We had a lovely time at this property. Everything we're needed was supplied. The view is spectacular especially from the pool. Lia went out of her way to be helpful and welcoming. Well situated to visit Batsi only 10 mins away. Excellent local beaches

Cozy appartment with stunning view

We stayed in Andros at the end of august and had a fantastic time. The appartment is very cozy with a very tasteful, typically cycladic interieur. The large terrace offers great view over St. Peters beach. The pool area offers great views and shade. Beautiful beaches, taverns and restaurants can be reached easily with short drives (car is a needed). A bakery and a supermarket are close by. The appartment is located conveniently between Gavrio and Batsi. Lia & Ioannis are fantstic hosts and provided us with helpful Information on the beautiful island.

Paradise in Andros!

If you are looking for peace and tranquillity, surrounded by beauty, you have found it! My husband and I just returned from a one week stay and we are completely relaxed and refreshed. The house and location have everything that you could possibly need - it was extremely clean, and so much care and detail is put into the design and environment... the flowers, the decor, the pool area. Beaches and restaurants are nearby. The photos posted on the website showcase reality, in the best way. Plus, Lia makes sure her guests feel welcome and was very accommodating to all of our needs throughout our visit (thank you Lia!). We really enjoyed our vacation here and will keep dreaming of the beautiful sunsets until we return again.

Best place offered from a great host

When my wife, son, and I arrived to the property we were amazed at how welcoming Lia is. She was super helpful and accommodating the entire time we were there. She is a gem :) The property itself is incredible!!!! The view will take your breath away. The house is clean, modern, and perfect. The area is great. Close to amazing beaches and places to eat too. Overall I cant wait to go back to Andros but when i do i will make sure to stay with Lia again. Even if that doesnt work out, she is such a great person that I will be stopping by to see her regardless. Cant recommend her place enough!~

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the apartment as an excellent base to travel around Andros. The location is perfect between two lively villages and easy distance to great beaches and very good tavernas and restaurants. The apartment itself is very comfortable and delivered on everything it promised. When we decided to eat in, the occasional breakfast or dinner on the terrace provided beautiful views over the Aegean Sea. Our hosts Ioannis and Lia were very friendly and helpful. They very kindly spent time advising us on best beaches to go to and their favourite tavernas which proved invaluable information to enjoy the best that Andros has to offer. All in all a great 3 weeks in a beautiful place Tony and Mary - australia/Italy

Fantastic place to stay

The view is incredible, the accommodation was perfect, spotlessly clean, plenty of kitchen implements, including a toasted sandwich maker, and was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures! The pool area is great and also has those stunning views. The landscaping is beautiful and the houses all laid out so that each one has its own private terrace Ioannis and Lia could not have been more helpful as hosts. The road is steep as they say, but you get used to it and it is worth it for the view.

Belle maison-appartement avec vue magnifique.

Lia s'occupe tres bien de ses clients avec beaucoup de discrétion. La maison fait partie d'un groupe de maisons-appartements. La grande piscine très bien entretenue est idéalement située par rapport aux logements. Le tout profite d'une vue magnifique sur une jolie baie. Le calme est total. La maison est en tout point conforme à la description du site et aux photos. Lia est une personne agréable et attentionnée. Elle nous a apporté quelques gourmandises. Elle nous a aussi fourni différentes adresses tant culinaires que touristiques. Gavrio est un joli port qui s'anime à chaque arrivée de bateau. Batsi un autre bel endroit quelques petits kilomètres plus loin. Il y a plusieurs plages assez belles et très accessibles. Il y a tous les commerces dont on a besoin avec une population accueillante. Merci à Lia d'être venue jusqu'au port, juste avant notre départ, pour nous apporter une bague oubliée dans la maison. Nous avons vécu de très bons moments chez Lia et Ioannis. Yvan et Arièle Cochard.

Beautiful place to unwind

Lia and Ioannis welcomed us to their beautiful home like old friends. And it soon became to feel like a home away from home for us too. The apartment was spacious for a couple, with great indoor and outdoor space for lounging and dining. We started and ended each day of our 2-week stay enjoying the soothing seaview and the changing colours over the hills and sea. It was priceless. Great location, on a (steep!) hill just above several different beach options. Easygoing or trendy, each had its own charm and it was great to be close enough to stop back at the apt for lunch if you wanted. The kitchen was stocked with homemade and homegrown basics on arrival, and we were happy to keep up the good habit of meals at home with fresh ingredients. Nothing was too much trouble for our kind hosts during our stay and their love of Andros’ unique character and history was contagious. Their foodie and beach recommendations hit the spot without fail and we very much look forward to going back to visit soon! (Tip: Rent a 4x4 to explore the more idyllic beaches around the island).
