Exquisite 3/3 penthouse condo #1505 overlooking Bay and lazy river!
This condo is perfectly located on the 5th floor on the west side (best side) of the complex with spectacular views of the bay, Pass Bridge, pools, lazy river and boats floating by. Master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to waterfront balcony. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with separate shower and dual vanities. Guest bedroom one has a king bed and attached private bath with walk in shower. Guest bedroom two has two queen beds with attached private bath. Our condo offers luxury linens, custom created furniture, local artwork and beachy decor. The unit sleeps a total of 11 guests. Kitchen is fully stocked.
Phoenix on the Bay includes a gated entrance, a parking deck for every floor of the complex, one of Orange Beach's longest lazy rivers, multiple pools, kids water slides, two hot tubs, a full sized gym and fitness facility, a small beach near marina, putting golf green, a large grass kids playing area on the water, and lighted tennis courts. For bicycle enthusiasts, a sidewalk runs from our condo all the way to the Gulf State backcountry trail system. OWA amusement park and outlet shopping are a short drive away.
Parking passes are required and are available for purchase at the front desk upon your arrival. Costs average $55 per pass. This cost is paid directly to Brett Robinson and not related to or included in your vrbo.com reservation.
Gulf front beaches are only minutes away by car! The drive time is approximately five minutes.
BOAT SLIPS AVAILABLE: For those bringing their boat, boat slip rentals, and trailer parking for nearly any sized boat are available directly through the condo association (we provide you the contact information upon booking for you to set up your boat slip rental directly with the association). Trailer parking is approximately $5 plus tax, per night. Boat slips start at $22 plus tax, per night. For your convenience, there is even an onsite boat ramp!
INQUIRIES / QUOTES / AVAILABILITY: Our inquiry response is generally identical to what is shown on the reservation calculator, unless it is a snowbird, extended stay request, or you need a last minute reservation.
Once paid in full, a confirmation email is sent to you from vrbo.com. An informational email on the condo, directions, etc. will then be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This email will come from the owner of 1505, LindseySMilam@gmail.com. We have a keyless entry system, so the access code information will be included in this email.
RESTRICTIONS: Renters must be 25 or older. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300 fully refundable security deposit is required, in addition to the amount owed for the stay. Assuming checkout compliance, the security deposit is credited back to your credit card within seven business days following your checkout.

Our family purchased the condo because we are in love with Orange Beach and Phoenix on the Bay! We have three beautiful and amazing children: a 13-year-old daughter and 10-year-old boy/girl twins who can spend hours on the lazy river, in the pool and on the boat on Ole River. We've always vacationed at POTB and are so blessed to now own a beautiful condo here! We hope you will love our second home as much as we do.

Unit 1505 has been professionally decorated to reflect the uniqueness of Orange Beach, Alabama, with hard woods, soft linens and beachy touches. Phoenix on the Bay has all the best amenities and the view from our balcony is simply phenomenal! Relax on a lounger on your private, wraparound balcony and watch your family float by on the lazy river or lose yourself in the peach and purple sunsets over the bay. We take pride in the cleanliness of our unit and don't allow any smoking or pets.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
We love the unique mix of elegant and beachy in our unit. The decor will certainly induce instant relaxation and make you feel like the place is your second home. Local artists created much of the art and furniture in the condo using Orange Beach seashells, driftwood, reclaimed barn wood and Bon Secour oyster shells. If you find yourself falling asleep on the balcony to the tune of trickling water, you wouldn't be the first!
