Just the cutest cabin! We're huge music enthusiasts so the decorations and vibe was excellent. Reading the history and seeing some of the historical pieces where fascinating. Location was super!!! Thank you for an amazing experience

The place is a good location. You can walk to downtown area easily. The house is old but clean. The kitchen needs some upgrades. The living room and dining room is a large area. Big backyard plenty of parking

Convenient, great location. As described. Loved the stereo hifi. Classic. Played checkers and scrabble on a rainy day. Comfy bed, Roku TV a plus. Quiet unless dogs next door were barking but that was seldom. Sweet but annoying cat trying to get in all the time.

We enjoyed our stay at The Woodshed. The home is rustic and charming. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning, but fans were provided to help circulate the air. The owner was very helpful and gracious.

Loved the nostalgic house with its eclectic feel! Could use a little patio area with table and chairs maybe? But the town and the area were awesome! Good places to eat and the house speaks for itself. My teens loved it!

Overall the house fit our needs. It was close to town, had enough beds for everyone and a few extra chairs to enjoy the sunset on the front porch. It is good to note that there is a mini refrigerator in the kitchen and other one on the back porch. It would not be ideal if you were staying for a few nights and planned to cook your meals at the house. It was a good thing we didn’t stop at the store before we checked in, we would not have had anywhere to put our refrigerator items.

It was like walking into my G-ma's kitchen minus the cookie jar. We really enjoyed the evening on the front porch watching the lightening storm on the distant high mtn. Lotsof room for a big gathering. The mattress could use an upgrade. The town is rural America at its' best. Thank youfarmers for feeding us.

This place brought me back to my Grandmas house. The old wooden cabinets, front & back porch. It brought back wonderful memories. We did have a problem with the shower head….very hard to wash up & hold the shower head! This needs to be fixed. BEWARE…do not shut the door to the kitchen it will lock up on you! We were locked out twice…thank goodness the front door was unlocked & we happened to have car keys that had the number to the lock! All & all we enjoyed our stay!

Thanks for mentioning the shower head...that was recently installed so it should be be working correctly! I will look into it! As for the kitchen door, you were given the access code upon check-in, and unless you unlock it from the inside, it will always be locked, as it is meant to function that way. I'm glad you otherwise enjoyed your visit!
