Once inside, the smart lock on the door to your unit provides a secure, convenient way to access your home. Simply input your unique code, and you’ll be able to unlock the door without the need for traditional keys. Please complete this step as soon as possible to avoid any check-in delays.

- Age Requirement:
Guests must be **21 years of age or older** to book and stay at our properties.

- Noise and Smoke Monitoring:
Our homes are equipped with noise and smoke detectors. These devices **do not** record conversations — they only monitor for elevated noise levels and detect smoke to maintain a safe environment.

- Outdoor Security Cameras:
Exterior cameras are installed around the outside of the property for your safety and protection. These cameras are actively recording and are located outdoors only.

- Smoking Policy:
Smoking is **strictly prohibited** inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a **$500 fine** will be charged.

- Parties and Events:
We do **not allow parties** at any of our properties. Production shoots and photo shoots are permitted **with prior written approval** from the host. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss any production-related needs.
