Great stay

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. Had quite a few stairs but the different floors were a cool touch for guests. The location is convenient and less then 10 minutes to downtown too. The hosts were so helpful and tended to our needs. Would definitely stay again!

For the price and location you can’t find a better bang for your buck. . . The host was very professional and quick to respond to messsges… I’ll be staying here every time i come To ATL if it’s available

Close to downtown

We stayed at this property while we were in Atlanta for a job. It was a great location for us to get back and forth to our job site. The house is also close to many downtown places that are fun to see.

Great ATL weekend getaway spot

We loved our stay at this apartment! The location was perfect for everything, great access to highway, close to midtown and downtown. The property itself was exactly as described, the rooftop deck was a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the city. Kitchen had great utensils / cooking and dishware to make our own meals. Host was incredibly accommodating, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Worked for our family

Very nice and beautifully decorated home. Tons of steps! But great for families with adequate privacy. The host was absolutely FANTASTIC!

Stop scrolling, this is the one to book!

Quick weekend trip to attend HYROX @ GWCC. Location was convenient, parking was a breeze. The space was perfect! Plenty of room, clean, & had everything we needed. I have never had such an attentive host! So stop searching, and go ahead book this one. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again William!

Beautiful 4 Story Home

My stay at this home was amazing. The house is Beautiful inside and out. Beds and couches are very comfy. It’s 10-20 minutes away from everything. Right across the street from the fair. We went and had a ball, got on every ride. The experience was just everything. I will definitely book again.

Mommy & Daughters in ATL

This was a trip where my daughters met up in ATL, from DC, Oh, Chicago, MD & Toronto to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The home was excellent. Spaccious, clean, great location for access to downtown & highways, secure & reserved parking, and spacious street parking as well. The host was very attentive to us and responded very timely to us. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this unit. Cheryl & daughters.

Home in Downtown ATL October 15th-22nd

The home is beautiful! The communication with the host was excellent if I needed anything William was on it, he made sure that we had everything we needed. The house was clean and well kept. The only thing I wish I could change is the neighborhood. There wasn’t a time that I didn’t feel safe we just heard a lot of sirens and gunshots one night. Even with that I plan on staying here again when I come back in July if the property is available

Beautiful home!

The adults and our 4 kids between ages 2 and 11 were very impressed with this home. Very clean, everything easy to find and all information was placed in a binder for me to view also. Everything decorated beautifully. I never had to reach out to host so was surprised when he reached out to check on us by phone call which was appreciated. Quiet! Never heard the neighbors. Streaming channels was a plus also.Thank you!

Family Birthday trip

Our stay in this home exceeded our expectations. The Host Will was amazing! He constantly communicated and responded to any and all of our requests. He made my family feel at home, not to mention the home itself is beautiful! Wish it had a jacuzzi, but honestly it doesn’t need one lol. Also, glad that Will communicated that error on the site. The area itself is in development, which was no problem for us. The neighbors were friendly. I could go into more details but you should book it for yourself! Thank you for having us Will and thank you Vrbo for making this an easy, safe & dependable experience for us!

ATL stay

The area is not the nicest, there’s a homeless shelter, just a few blocks down the street, a bar, the fair. It was very noisy at night, had a really hard time sleeping. You can hear the cars and people talking outside. Both of the master bedroom sinks would back up with water. It was very difficult to brush your teeth and wash your face. The stairs were not an issue for us but just know that you’d have to get to the third and fourth floor for the main bedrooms. There’s one on the first floor, but again very noisy outside. We found other peoples undergarments in between the sheets on the first floor, which leads me to believe that they might’ve not change the sheets.

Property Lacked Pillows, Towels, Shampoo and Soap. Found Black Fingernail in Bedroom

See title. We communicated that we would have six adults, but there were only four towels, four pillows, one quarter bottle of body wash (and we had to pass it between showers), no shampoo, and no dishwasher detergent. One couple had to share a pillow and another had to share a single towel for the weekend. One of the pillows smelled like a man just used it the night before. On our bedroom floor I found a black fingernail. Every time I stood up I found new human hair on my shirt. Would not recommend this property. However, the host was communicative and always responded within minutes, the neighbors were nice, and the price was low.

Great Location & Attentive Host

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property, this was our first time using Vrbo instead of staying at a hotel. When we arrived, our oldest unfortunately had an ear infection so we had to make a pit stop at urgent care - the host was very sweet and offered to order anything we needed. The host was prompt with responses before and during the stay. When we found out that some of the remotes did not have batteries the host immediately door dashed us some batteries. The property is close to a lot of Atlanta’s main attractions - the airport, zoo, aquarium, etc. Everything was maybe 10-15 minute drive and easy to get to. The beds were super comfortable, which is important, my family and I all had great night sleeps and were well rested for our adventures during our stay. There is plenty of space for the family to veg out and chill in the evenings when we came back from outings. This is a great place for a family (although there are several flights of stairs so families should be mindful - we did not mind stairs). The property felt very safe and you could tell the host took the safety of their guests seriously with the alarm systems and keypad locks on all the doors. The Wifi was reliable and fast. There is a washer and dryer, which is a nice bonus. We had a great stay and had a really enjoyable experience with the host and their property.

Stay cation

Nice property, the pictures do not capture the true beauty of this property. There were A few things that we had to clean up but nothing worth complaining about. Overall i really enjoyed the rooftop and smart appliances. I would be there again.
