Amazing location and quiet surroundings. Property is fantastic and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Wonderful views from the picture windows.

Great stay!

My husband and I went for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! Loved the sound of the waterfall. I would definitely go again.

Had an amazing Fall getaway at Waterfall Overlook. From beginning to end our host was very communicative and provided wonderful suggestions of what to do around town. Although most of our week was rainy and foggy, knowing we had a cozy, inviting cabin to come back to made it all worthwhile. The waterfall views are stunning and its sound…relaxing. The surrounding areas in town and waterfall hikes were amazing. We visited wineries and went apple picking in addition to the hikes. Overall, we totally recommend a stay here and will definitely book again.

Absolute BEST host… directions to and options sent for winery/tours and hiking near by was an unexpected and APPRECIATED bonus! Waterfall is visible CLOSE and the sound - will relax you to the core! All high end feature, wine closest on every floor!! A dart board, zip line for a kid, and so PEACEFUL! BEST of the BEST— thanks for opening your stunning rental to us for a WoNdeRFuL long weekend w friends! Chris & Deanna J

We loved the house; very cute, very clean, well appointed, just perfect. Extremely quiet and secluded. The waterfall in the backyard was beautiful. Amazing hiking and kayaking close by. Our host was incredible! Quick response to any question we had. Full of helpful ideas for activities nearby and great restaurants. She really went above and beyond to make our anniversary getaway the best. Thanks Joni!

If you want a private house in the mountains that feels like home but is run like a 5 star hotel then look no further. You can relax in the recliner and watch and hear the waterfall right outside the window. Can't wait to come back next year!
