Newly renovated, this compact and efficient studio suite offers comfort and a wealth of amenities without compromising space.
This scent-sensitive friendly property is located in a private wing of the owner's original 1915 farmhouse.
Whether you're here for a weekend break, a business trip, or to visit one of the Five Colleges, you'll discover Under The Hemlocks is the ideal cosy retreat!

Guest Designated Driveway: Convenient parking space designated just for you.
Luxurious Bed: Experience ultimate comfort with high-quality bed linens and premium pillows on a queen-sized bed with adjustable head settings for a dreamy night's sleep.
For added comfort you'll find blackout blinds and individually controlled heating and air conditioning, plus a tower fan.
Space-saving Chair/Bed Combination: Space-saving Chair/Bed Combination: These chairs ingeniously transform into the most comfortable daybed imaginable. During the day, you can sink into this cosy spot for relaxation, while at night, the bespoke mattress provides a snug and restful sleep.
**Should you require the second bed, an additional charge of $20 per stay will apply.
Custom Bathroom: Indulge in a deep soaking tub with rain shower. Pamper yourself to eco-friendly bath products, waffle bath towels, and robes. Included are a hairdryer and cleaning supplies.

In this cosy outdoor space, you have the perfect setting to indulge in a good book or, perhaps, write one of your own.
** Please be mindful that while you are enjoying the seclusion of this retreat, you may occasionally hear the noises of the host's dog or grandchildren playing outside.
Under The Hemlocks is accessed by its own dedicated driveway leading to guest parking. Along the well-lit gravel path, you'll find a private guest only custom designed courtyard.
Up three steps the custom deck leads to the studio guest suite located in a private wing of the hosts farmhouse.
