We have a small resort at the Historic Phillips Lodge in Island Park. We offer an onsite restaurant and snowmobile rentals within walking distance of the cabin. Located just off the highway and only 30 minutes from Yellowstone State Park, our cabins provide easy access to the wild wonders of the west for tourists and outdoor enthusists alike, while nestled in a serene forested setting.

Wonderful cabin with a great location. Close to everything and yet it felt secluded and quiet. We were able to see the stars while relaxing in the hot tub.

This was my 5th time staying at the Pines. This cabin does not compare to the other two we've stayed in.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, communication was excellent throughout, and everything was just as described. The host was responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great cabin and location…unfortunately there is no A/C. Gas grill (very clean), hot tub, big TV, and was close to West Yellowstone.

Good clean cabin. Wish there would've been a full size stove. Also, the grill really needed a good cleaning. Once we did that, it was fine.

Exterior of property needs attention, overgrown brush and dumpsters give a shabby first impression. Exterior of cabin needs a little TLC. Inside of cabin is average but clean.

The place was spotless and the host upgraded us to a bigger unit due to a problem with the hot tub at our original unit. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the place smelled moldy/sour.

The staff at Pine Lodge were wonderful. I had trouble with the VRBO emails. They would not open do I depended on the lodge.

Cabin was nice. No fire pit as listed and the wifi almost never worked. So that was a little frustrating. Loved the hot tub on the deck. Would stay again. The fridge is a mini fridge. No stove but there was a hot plate.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. There were a few downfalls though, there were spider webs everywhere, the hot plate for cooking didn’t work well at all, there wasn’t any dish towels or sponges to clean the dishes with. They were awesome a put a small Christmas tree up for us in the cabin. It was very cozy and we enjoyed having a private hot tub.

Sorry to hear that you didn't have any wash cloths or dish towels for the dishes. We stock those every time we clean so they must have been forgotten. So sorry about that. Unfortunately this time of year the spiders like to get warm in the cabins. We will pay more attention to the cobwebs. Property was as expected, in very clean condition. Greeted by host management upon arrival and we had great communication with them as well. Overall extremely satified with our experience. Would highly recommend.

Communication with the host was rough, the check in process was never explained. The office hardly ever had anyone present so upon arrival it was pretty much a shot in the dark to see if we could find any sort of direction. The hot tub was just about the only enjoyable thing there. The grill was never cleaned properly, while grilling some burgers the bottom caught fire and could have caused a fire more than just while grilling. The manual that is given instructs the dishes to be clean before leaving but no cleaning supplies are available or supplied. Overall it was a fair stay, some more information would have been helpful before booking.

This cabin was part of a camp of cabins, but despite that the trees still made it feel secluded. It would be better to plan to arrive in the day, because when we arrived at night it was hard finding the cabin, as there were no streetlights. Although there was mention that they might add those soon. There was no oven, but they had a microwave and a hot plate that worked well. It was very cozy and comfortable, and just the right size for us. As a bonus the restaurant on the property was darling, and the owners were very helpful and kind.

Rustic, quiet, with good proximity to Yellowstone West. TV remote frustrating. Little to no WiFi. Spiral steps were so dusty we left our footprints on every step. Hot tub has mechanical issues. Overall a nice quaint cabin located far away from the highway.

Not satisfied at all. Banisters on the front steps, Both were so scary loose. I fell up the stairs twice and thought they were going to fall down. We are senior citizens and the banisters are important.Dirty, Dirty Dirty. Carpet was nasty, cobwebs everywhere and ceiling fan was turned on and dust came down in our drinks and food.3 coffee cups, 4 coffee drinkers but only 3 cups.Inside the house they had an outside table with 2 lawn chairs for dining table. There were 4 adults so we couldn’t sit all together and eat.Not allowed to use the hot tub after 10pm because of quiet time.Outside chairs I wouldn’t trust them for a butterfly to sit on. Webbing was not secure.No stove. Small hotel refrigerator. Outside grill was so dirty we couldn’t cook anything there at all.Tub drain didn’t drain. Bath tub filled up while showering.No dresser upstairs. Had to leave clothes on the floor.Host called me 3 days out of the 7 to look for something last guests left.So much more but I am running out of space.DON’T RENT

When you booked the room you must not have been aware that it was the small Cabin with just a kitchenette.Sorry you werent informed better. Our larger Cabins are the ones with a full kitchen.
