Welcome to Cumberland Social, this townhouse is perfect for group trips to Nashville. A beautiful, open layout with plenty of space to entertain! Enjoy a cocktail in the hot tub on the rooftop, entertain in the large kitchen and living space, and spread out to sleep with 4 large bedrooms. We carefully curated the arrangement of the home to maximize space for larger groups.

This home comes with a two-car garage, plenty of free street parking, and don’t forget — we’re only a 9-minute Uber to Broadway! Set up with 4 en-suite bedrooms — a true 4 bed/4 bath setup. The rooftop includes a premium hot tub, dining table, a refrigerator, and plenty of seating for the entire group! The living space and kitchen on the main floor are an open concept to maximize entertainment space and square footage. This home was designed for vacation stays!

We recommend caution for guests with mobility challenges, including those with young children, due to the presence of multiple stairs in the house.

Guests can access the entire home during their stay! Codes to the front door and garage will be provided before check-in.

The neighborhood borders the Cumberland River and allows for easily accessible Ubers/Lyfts to enter downtown and the main attractions that Nashville boasts! The house comes with a two car garage connected to the home and also plenty of free street parking to accommodate multiple vehicles.

Amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. For families traveling with small children, special provisions can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, high chair). Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what`s already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.

HOUSE RULES:
By booking, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement and pay the total rental price in full before arrival; access codes are released only after payment is received and the agreement is signed. The property is smoke-free, and we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and follow the occupancy limits for your booking. The principal renter on the reservation must be 21 or older and present for the entire stay, and pet policies vary by property, so kindly review your booking to confirm whether pets are allowed. Same-day bookings may have a later check-in time so our team can prepare the property, and for safety, some buildings use exterior and common-area cameras (never inside the property). Fees will apply for agreement violations, including property damage and excessive cleaning, as outlined in the full rental agreement.
