Saltwater Zen is exactly the place your family is looking for.
NO SURPRISE CHARGES -- what you see is what you pay including Amenity Cards and Resort Fees. And, we offer the option to spread your payment over three installments.
This marvelous house on Fripp Island offers a spacious retreat for guests -- with the Cabana Club and its three pools just a short walk away.
With 3 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa everyone in your crew will have a comfortable place to rest. The 3 full bathrooms provide exceptional convenience. Each bedroom has its own deck and you can enjoy ocean views from the living room and master bedroom.
The living room and each bedroom is equipped with a ROKU Smart TV. Streaming Cable TV with Sparklight Hargray includes all the major cable networks, local channels, and you can login to your favorite apps.
Parking and charging for a golf cart in front of our home -- and EV Charging is available in the garage.
The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots/pans, and typical cookware. We have a traditional drip coffee maker, a K-Cup brewer, and a hot water pot.
We supply bed linens and bath towels, please bring your own beach towels.

We include amenity cards in your price quote, please be sure to accurately list the number of guests when booking. You will see a charge of $50 per person to cover the amenity cards and $40 per night to cover the resort fee. The resort will require that everyone present an amenity card when using facilities or dining in a restaurant. However, amenity cards are not required for kids age 0-12.
We're happy to assist with any questions during your stay. We hate to close on a downer, but we do have a few simple requirements:
- No pets, no exceptions
- Primary renter must be at least 24 years old
- We are smoke free -- no smoking please, not even on the decks - $500 additional cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking

Only problems we had was the master bedroom wouldn't get cool enough, the rest of the house was plenty cool and the sliding door on the main level was extremely hard to open. Other than that everything was great.

Fantastic Home with great inlet and ocean views
We all had a fantastic vacation at Seaside Zen home! The views of the inlet and ocean were spectacular! The amenities were great and the house well stocked. The beds were comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed the beach breeze on the back porch while rocking and looking at the ocean and the waves! The beaches were nice and not crowded and we especially enjoyed swimming and wading in the inlet waters.

Accommodations were clean and as expected from information. Hosts were great. The only thing I would add is a small bar of soap in the showers would be a nice touch as shopping is limited on the island and if you arrive after store hours and didn't pack soap, you'd be disappointed. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home/condo very much and would not hesitate to reserve again.

Family Trip - First Time to Fripp Island
We had an amazing time in this great beach vacation home. It is in a perfect location for families that love the beach, ocean views, pool access, and golf! Everyone in our family (four children, all teens and early 20s) have different interests. All enjoy playing golf, time on the beach, and relaxing by the pool. And, I love the ocean views this property has to offer. The house has plenty of room for our family of 7! And the house had everything we needed to make it feel like home for the week!

Absolutely great location! The only downside and this has nothing to do with the house b/c it was perfect. The island has changed so much. We have been going to Fripp for 10 years now and since a new company bought the island everything has changed. It’s sad b/c my family loved Fripp.

Charming home in great location nearby nature center and cabana club pool. It was an added bonus that the property included club cards. Make sure you bring in all essentials including soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, and toilet paper for your stay since the nearest stores are 30 min away. Overall a wonderful stay and beautiful location.

Great house with amazing views of skull inlet. Back porch is wonderful for dinners. Would absolutely rent again!

Our week at Seaside Zen was spectacular. The view is incredible. House was very well stocked and beds were all comfortable. I could sit on the back porch watching the water and wildlife forever. Proximity to Cabana Club and Nature Center was great for taking the kids. Even with the close proximity, there was little to no noise from the Cabana Club. We definitely will be returning for another stay.

House was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Great views! Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Short walk to fishing peer, nature center, and Cabana Club. Only "downfall" in my opinion was that the beach access wasn't close. Had to drive golf cart to get to beach access. Don't let that deter you from renting this house! It's a great place with amazing views!!
