Wonderful visit!

We absolutely loved our stay! Home is beautiful and such a great find. Everything was in excellent condition and easy access to beach and tennis. Really wonderful setup for families and would definitely go back.

Perfect September Getaway

We had a wonderful week at the Sand Box in September. The upside down set up is perfect and the home itself is beautifully decorated with calming beach house decor. You cant beat the distant ocean views from the upstairs deck and the pure tranquility of Tom Nevers. September is such a beautiful time to be on the island. The perfect escape.

Glorious week

First, I want to thank Patrice for all of her helpful and timely communication leading up to our week on Nantucket. House was beautiful and the view was spectacular. We enjoy Tom Nevers as it is a quiet part of the island. Everything lived up to our expectations.

Loved this House!

The home was perfect for our needs! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the floor plan and the large lot with the views toward the water. Sunrises were amazing! We would absolutely go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful for families in Tom Nevers

This property was perfect for a holiday with another family. It had a wonderful beach house feel and contained just about everything you’d need for a stay. Sabrina and Danielle were great to work with through the process. Highly recommended!

Tom Never’s Never Looked So Good

The property was my favorite and we have rented for over 20 years. The distant view of the ocean was outstanding, the decorating so calming and the kitchen well stocked. Also with tennis courts around the corner, it was a perfect location for our family. Truly, an exceptional home.

Serenity with an Ocean Breeze & View

The perfect spot! A quiet location in Tom Nevers, which provides a great option of Tom Nevers beach, Sconset and Madequecham beaches all nearby. The house is beautiful, with all the modern amenities to go with a fantastic view of Tom Nevers' coastline from the deck. Top-of-the-line bikes and beach chairs/umbrella were available for use as well. Have rented a few times on Nantucket and this house was the best yet.

A great place to stay in times like these!

This was a perfect oasis for a group of 6 for a week during the summer. With ample lawn space, and house provided bikes (6 of them) we felt like we had the perfect setup to have beach days and secluded nights. Would highly recommend!
