Welcome to La Casa de Alpaca.

Our home is located in the beautiful Rivermark community of Santa Clara.

Our home consists of 2 bed / 2 bath, is located on the top floor, with access to a pool, hot tub, gym, and yoga room.

We do offer an eco-friendly homemade laundry detergent for use during your stay, which I personally use at home and does a great job. Use the same amount as you would with traditional liquid laundry detergents. Also please do not discard the bottle so we can refill for other guests.

Great location and a comfortable condo in a building with several nice amenities, such as the pool and a small gym. Condo was clean and stocked for our needs. Would stay here again.

The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and met all our needs. Condo is within walking distance to Levi’s Stadium which was the purpose of the trip. Host provided very detailed parking and check-in instructions complete with pictures which we found very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were very comfortable - TV worked nicely. We didn't cook or use the washer/dryer. Parking was easy to access.

Clean, nice condo. A bit of a walk to Levi stadium for this 60 girl, but I made it! Host graciously re-sent the rest of the door and gate codes to us again. Thank you for helping our weekend be successful. Go Niners!

Lovely place!

We really enjoyed our time at the condo! Beds were very comfortable, place was super clean and the kids loved the pool. Great location that was easy to get to all the things we wanted to see. Grocery was nearby and very convenient. Thanks for the wonderful stay

May want to make a new copy of map and location of amenities…seems people like to fold it up and put it in there pocket. Key fob was a little iffy on the pool gate. Otherwise if you want to go to Levi Stadium easy walk and great condo.

We really enjoyed this very clean, light and airy apartment. Very spacious; comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and very quiet. Ivan responded quickly to any inquiries. Location was convenient.

Family visit

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would highly recommend. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we were looking for. The location, parking, and convenience were great. Communication with the owners was simple and we had all the info we needed. We would stay there again.

Great condo in a convenient location.

Our second stay, and nothing has changed. Spotless, spacious, and comfortable condo. Good water pressure, a/c, and washer/dryer made for an excellent stay. We will be back.

Feels & looks much larger in person. Pictures don’t do it justice. Could not recommend enough! Perfect for our month of staying there. High chair & pac n play with sheets available, along with toys & children’s books for the kids. Plenty of natural light. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Extra blankets, pillows, towels provided. Felt very safe, with grocery store & playgrounds in walking distance. Did not have any noise issues with neighbors or building. Absolutely would book again!!

Very Cozy House for Family Stay

The house was well furnished and very clean. In addition, the owner prepared some snacks for us which is very warm and thoughtful. We love the place. The only issue we met, which is not about the house, was that one residence was very unfriendly to visitors.

Perfect spot for a football game

The condo was a perfect place to stay if you are going to a 49ers game. The are 2 bedrooms with a split floorplan so allows for privacy. It was very clean and included all of the basic necessities for the kitchen. Parking in the garage was easy and everything felt very secure.
