The Space

Tucked into a quiet North Scottsdale cul-de-sac, this beautifully updated 4-bedroom home pairs bright, polished interiors with plenty of room to gather. Two living areas, two dining spaces, and a backyard built for both play and downtime make it especially easy for families and groups to settle in and feel at home.

🛏️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Four bedrooms offer a comfortable mix of sleeping arrangements:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed + private en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: Two twin beds
• Bathrooms: Primary en-suite full bathroom + shared full bathroom + half bathroom

The primary suite includes a dedicated desk overlooking the pool and yard. Its en-suite

bathroom offers both a soaking tub and separate shower, giving the space a little extra room to unwind.

The main living room is centered around a beautiful statement fireplace, creating an inviting gathering place at the heart of the home.

A separate front living room with its own TV gives the group a second place to spread out—especially convenient when kids and adults want different spaces to watch TV or hang out.

The beautiful galley-style kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a dedicated coffee station, with everything needed for meals at home.

Just off the kitchen, the main dining table seats 6, while a separate breakfast nook off the front living room offers seating for 4—giving guests options for family dinners, casual breakfasts, coffee, or games.

🌴 Outdoor Living

The large private saltwater pool reaches 10 feet deep and is gated from the rest of the backyard. Lounge chairs provide a place to settle in between swims, while the private combination basketball and pickleball court is lighted for evening play.

Beyond the court and pool, a grassy area gives kids and pets additional room to play.

The covered back patio extends the living space outdoors with a dining table for 4 plus additional seating areas. Fire up the gas BBQ for dinner outside, then gather around the fire pit when the evening cools down.

Off-street parking is available for 2 vehicles, with additional street parking available.
