The house had everything we needed and enough room and our own space. Beds were clean and comfortable! The Kitchen had everything we needed. No issues at all.

The house is an old model home but very spacious. Beds where ok we found one of the twin beds with just the sheets on them and without a bed spread. We were unable to find any extra blankets. The house has a musky smell when we arrived and AC was off the house was hot but it cooled down after we turned the AC on and waited a couple of hrs.

The home is located so close to the ocean and a park for the kids. You could definitely walk all along the shoreline. We had a great stay

The property is very old. The property has died and alive ROACHES upstairs in all the rooms and downstairs in the bedroom, kitchen and dining room. The front and backyard in not cut and very dry where as it's not suitable for humans nor pets. The property pictures that are posted on VRBO are misleading and NOT actual current pictures of the property. This property should be removed immediately from rental listings. This property has dangerous defects that can lead to medical hazardous issues.

The location was perfect for our convention. My communication with Jaime was excellent. Each time that I reached out I received a response quickly. The only item missing from the rental was a remote for the living room TV. For the Corpus Christi heat the a/c worked perfectly. Thanks for being available for the dates that we needed. I would rent this property again if needed.Troy

Host was great, had a few kinks at the beginning and he was on top of it in no time. The house was very comfortable and spacious, and we had everything we needed. We had a great stay.

This property comfortably accommodated nine adults, two toddlers and two pets. The home is cozy, spacious and excellent location walking distant to water views. This is the second time we’ve stayed on this property and look forward to coming back.

Lovely house in a perfect area for seeing the water. The front door is a bit tricky and we found it easier to use the side door, but overall this was a great house. Comfortably slept 9 people with enough room for us to have some personal space as well. Electricity was a little wonky when using appliances, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to enter 2 hours ahead of check in since we were early and that was very much appreciated!

The house is very spacious and beautiful, just had an issue with one of the upstairs bathroom that leaks through the ceiling downstairs, the place was not cleaned up very well, tobacco guts were in a drawer in the room that the kids were in, the fridge was absolutely disgusting with whatever someone spilled in it and the under the couch cushions were old candy and crumbs and some disturbing stories in the guest book. I see potential in this place but it needs work.

Big place but be aware....

Be aware that when you enter the property it will be hot. Like, 90 degrees hot! Luckily, we ran by the property before we went out and about, which we hadn't initially planned to do. When we finally got in it had cooled down enough...but not super comfortable. Imagine getting in around midnight and it's 90 degrees! Entering the property is pretty interesting as well. The front door lock is messed up (which the host let us know) so you have to use the side door. The side door does not have a door knob so you have to figure it out on your own on how to open the door. The host was timely with the check in and out instructions but after I messaged about the side door and the temperature of the house, there was zero response. Still haven't heard from them, no apologies..nada. If any of us had been with our elderly parents or young children, this would have been a complete nightmare and a very different situation. If they want to save money on the utility bill then fine..but, it wouldn't be out of line to expect that someone runs by the property around 1 or 2pm to turn the AC on for their guests. The place is huge and will take a while to cool.

Poor to NO communication, rodent & roaches, dirty home

*Owner didn’t provide lock information until the day AFTER check in*Stranded outside with my pregnant daughter*AC was off when we had access to location*The house smelled like mold and cat urine*Rodent droppings & roaches **NO COMMUNICATION and COMPLETE AVOIDANCE towards our concerns*pillows had stains *restrooms moldy and unsanitary*parking was unavailable until the following day*dryer didn’t work*Front door code didn’t work*yard maintenance not kept up so we couldn’t access back yard*shower leaking water*restroom and other doors didn’t close properly *first floor restroom had a soft spot near toiletThis has been the absolute worst property I have ever stayed at. We arrived from out of town late. All we wanted to do was relax, but that wasn’t the case. We did not receive any information on how to access the property, leaving my family and me locked out. We tried reaching the owner, but they never answered us until the next day. My very pregnant daughter was in pain and desperately needed to relax, needless to say it was a very horrible night. We finally had access to the house. What we thought was going to be a great start to our vacation, quickly turned into an even bigger nightmare. The stench coming from the house, the heat from the AC being turned off, and the roaches roaming the house just added to my stress from our long journey. We expressed our concerns via text to the owner because he didn’t answer any of our calls…(Out of space or I’d continue)

Hello there is a serious problem here. The apartment above the garage is not listed as part of the home information and someone from that apartment CAME INTO THE HOUSE VIA THE BREEZEWAY last night when they believed we were all out watching the fireworks. We did not all leave. Ice and drinks have been taken, but that is beside the point. Let's ignore the mold, mice droppings, roaches, stains, water leaks, electrical issues. This violation of safety is a MAJOR issue. Also, that individual has been loosening the battery on the side door making us unable to use the entrance. There needs to be a full disclosure of this rental about the apartment and their ability to come into the home that you believe is secure. They are very fortunate that the person who stayed behind was not armed.
