We are beyond grateful for our time at this incredible home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how charming, accommodating, and thoughtfully laid out the property is—it was the perfect home base for our trip. The central location made it a breeze to get out and explore, and our concierge was truly awesome, setting us up with great activities and making the whole week effortless. That said, the real highlight was simply hanging out at the house and taking in the amazing wildlife views, especially our daily visits from the local "Monkey Mafia." This trip was unforgettable, and we already have plans to come back someday!

Was perfect for our two families traveling together. Adults stayed upstairs and all the kids stayed together on the lower level. We could walk to the small market and for coffee, saw tons of wildlife, quick trek to restaurants and beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here 7 nights in August 2026. I would pick this house again in a heartbeat. It was larger than we thought and there are restaurants and stores within walking distance. Everything was clean and the concierge and housekeepers were wonderful. Just sitting on the porches we were surrounded by jungle. We saw toucans, scarlet macaws, iguanas and more monkeys than we have ever seen. My family will never forget the fun we had here.Penny B.

Gorgeous property and great location! We loved seeing the monkeys, toucans and macaws right at the property. There is a restaurant and store within walking distance which was really nice and we loved swimming in the pool! *I do wish we knew about the added cost of tipping the concierge and housekeeping (which automatically come with the property and are not optional) prior to booking. There is a tipping recommendation sheet at the house which adds 400-600 for the week.

Beautiful home, loved our stay. Got to see a lot of wildlife just sitting out in the deck! Communication with property manager was easy and they were extremely helpful.

Concierge was very helpful. Nice home and pool. Location is close to a small store and many wonderful restaurants. Wildlife that visits are AMAZING!

The place is lovely. Fully equipped kitchen and loved the pool and the birds. There was an issue with the dishwasher that we informed management about.

The house and property are beautiful. The deck is such a stunning view, with lots of wildlife spotting. Very relaxing and quiet place. Great concierge to help you book amazing excursions. Close to a grocery store and great restaurant

Casa Luz was wonderful. Mefi was very responsive to questions via WhatsApp. Capuchin monkeys visited every day. We saw macaws and toucans as well from the deck.

The host and concierge were welcoming and provided information prior to the trip. The concierge also answered a few questions for me during the trip in a very responsive manner. The house provided a large space for 8 guests. Very pretty area. Loved the decks and pool. Enjoyed the monkeys and birds from the decks.

Casa Luz was beautiful and looked even better than the pictures. We had plenty of space for our group and the location was near where we wanted to be. Our concierge, Mefi, booked wonderful excursions for us and was super helpful along the way. We would absolutely stay at Casa Luz again in the future.

Awesome home!

My entire family loved the property and were sad to go! The kids were especially thrilled to see the monkeys on the deck everyday around sunset. Highly recommend and would stay here again anytime.

The BEST trip I have ever been on in my LIFE! The main reason? This house… Monkeys, Toucans, Macaws all right outside of the house. The Iguanas are super cool as well. Mefe was Amazing and planned all of our excursions. Restaurant El Cerdo Feliz and a small grocery store are 200 ft away! Fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home and the location. I really hope to return soon!

Would love to stay here again!

This house was perfect for our family. The goal was to see wildlife and we saw tons! It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I would love to stay here again.
