We checked in smoothly and service was good . But the room wasn't very clean, the bathtub has visible dirt in it. Floors left dirt stains on our feet, And the king size mattress was sagging so bag towards the middle I woke up several times a night in the gutter and my back is killing me and I have to drive home tired and hurting...The pool was clean but the restroom was atrocious.

Great amenities and location!

We enjoyed the cleanliness and space and amenities of the resort plus the location for Branson activities! They provided us with a great selection of kitchen equipment and spices plus coffee start our stay! We would love to stay there again!

Plenty of space, when you first walk up, it looks and appears as if it’s gonna be very small, but since it’s the second story up when you walk in, everything opens up and ends up being a lot more space than you thought. Much more space than what the pictures show. Very comfortable and very enjoyable. Even the lanai is fantastic. Would totally recommend this if you’re in the area and would definitely come back and stay there again. We love visiting Branson.

The condo was in pristine condition. We had everything we needed and easy access to all the locations we planned to visit. And the cost was so very affordable. We had an awesome vacation. Highly recommend this property.

Great location. Great place to stay. Clean. Well decorated. Nice atmosphere. Well stocked with needed things. Only thing that could have made it a bit better is if we could have gotten in a bit early. But we made it work and it was great

Cozy, clean place

We stayed with family and friends here and loved it. It was very clean and cozy. My kids loved the lego wall upstairs. A couple of the beds could be upgraded would be my only complaint.

My 2 friends and I spent a perfect 4 days in this beautiful condo. Easy access, an ensuite for each of us, and all the comforts of home made our stay perfect. ( I would suggest a good cleaning of the vent above the coffee pot area, but that’s all that is needed. It’s a small thing but would be good.). Thanks for a great time!

Family trip

We took a 3 night family trip to Branson and stayed at this wonderful condo. It was very conveniently close to ALL attractions. The condo was very clean and roomy. We had 3 adults plus a 16 yr old, 13 yr old, 6, 5 and 4 year old. We never felt crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

Girls Getaway

Excellent accommodations. Lovely screen porch for evening games. Blackout curtains, cable TV and bathrooms for every room. Clean, cozy and quiet!

Close to everything

This condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of beds and the kids enjoyed having the loft area as their room. This condo is close to everything, just a few minutes from the strip and Walmart. Silver Dollar city was also just a quick drive away.The pool is just behind the condo so just a quick walk.The condo is completely furnished so easy to cook. Our only problem was the bathtub drains didn’t close for the kids to take a catch but we managed to make it work.Overall it’s a great condo and we would stay here again!

Branson Family Vacation

My family of 6 stayed here for our summer vacation. Condo was as pictured. Quiet and clean! The community pool was a great amenity as well. The upstairs loft with the bunk beds does get pretty warm despite having the AC lowered and the Master bedroom with King bed could use a new mattress as it is sunk in some in the middle. The washer and dryer are stackable ones so much smaller washer than a typical washer which made keeping towels clean for my family of 6 difficult. Otherwise no complaints and we enjoyed our stay.

Affordable property but not kept up.Cons:The master bedroom mattress was horrible to sleep on and left me in pain every morning. I reported this very early in my stay and when a handyman finally came out to look at all of the issues I had reported he agreed it needed to be replaced and the owners agent confirmed to me they received that info. If you sit on the side of the mattress/bed to put shoes onit just crumples and you are dumped out. That's how little support it has. My 19 yo son said his mattress in the loft was awful also.Master shower has one sliding glass door that is extremely difficult to open and close. We thought it was somehow bolted in place but the handyman moved it with difficulty and said it was an issue with the rollers and the track.The loft stays many degrees hotter than the main floor which was uncomfortable for the boys.The doors that go out to the balcony do not stay closed. They hang open unless you prop something in front of the doors. The mechanisms at the top of the doors that are supposed to catch to keep the doors latched closed are completely missing. I related this info before the handyman came but that information was not given to him so it was not repairedThere was a 10 to 12 inch round (oil?) stain on the master bedroom carpet.Large 24 in clock in living room above tv not working and not repaired.Most of these issues were reported very early in our stay without any resolution. I definitely would not rent this unit again.

Perfect get away

We stayed here with our three teenage daughters and one friend. It was the perfect size for them to spread out. I love that the owners thought of everything ahead of time. Fans for each bedroom, welcoming jazz music playing when we walked in, and a kitchen with anything you could need to make a meal. Generally, when staying at one of these condos, the kitchen is stocked with cheap kitchenware but they were all of nice quality. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into their condo. We have stayed at a handful of different locations on our many trips to Branson, and this was our favorite. We will definitely be back!
