Home was very clean and in a great location. Quick drive to downtown and just a few minutes from the Reilly Arts Center. Hot tub on the patio was great for relaxing at the end of a day.

The house was clean and for everything but the living room nicely furnished. The 2 chairs in the living room are more suitable for looks and not designed for comfort. The tv was a joke. Couldn’t get the volume above a whisper and no access to major channels ie college football. I reported this to the manager and her response was they never advertised access to cable etc. just checked again and it clearly states that it’s an amenity. I also didn’t realize the back of the house was extremely close to the neighbors.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The property is equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV with access to live TV and streaming capabilities. When you informed us that the remote was not properly controlling the volume, we responded immediately and replaced the remote, which resolved the volume issue. While a Smart TV is clearly listed as an amenity, premium paid sports and cable packages, including specific college football channels, are not advertised or included in the listing. A TV being listed as an amenity does not mean that every premium or subscription-based channel is provided. Regarding the living-room chairs, comfort is subjective, but we appreciate the feedback. The proximity of neighboring homes is also outside of our control and is typical of residential neighborhoods. We strive to accurately represent our property and respond promptly whenever a guest reports an issue. In this case, the only equipment issue reported during the stay—the remote—was addressed immediately.

really nice and modern interior. not sure if it was done on purpose or not, but the host listed the home with 8 beds originally and then changed it to only 4 beds after i booked my stay.

It was a great place for all of us to stay before we floated down Silver Springs the next day. The jacuzzi was a great way to relax and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was great!
