Place was perfect for our family of 4 for the week of my brother-in-laws wedding. Comfortable, spacious, and all the little extras were so appreciated.

Over all, everything was nice n clean. Only recommendations I have are for end tables near coach n lamps on bedroom nite stand. Everything we needed was close by, including waterfalls, zoo n good eating. Condo is next to road so during day one bedroom you can hear traffic but at nite it's not as well traveled. Definitely would stay there again.

The property was nice but we needed safety bars in the shower and we did not have enough towels & washcloths. Also it would have been nice to have lamps on the night stands

Great location. 5 mins to town for various restaurants. About 45 mins to great fishing. Enjoyed the snacks!

Absolutely perfect! Great communication with host! Clean, updated- lovely! Close to highway- easy to get to all things you need. Easiest check out ever! Would definitely stay here again!

Oasis for our travels! Excellent accommodation, everything we needed to recover from several days on the road. Great communication with Mike. New construction, very clean and nicely furnished. Thoughtful touches like snacks were appreciated. Highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful and sparkling clean, I think it’s brand new. The beds were super comfortable! There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The a/c worked great. The host left us snacks and a lot of coffee choices which was very much appreciated. If we were to stay in Idaho Falls, we would definitely stay here again.

Great newer townhouse. Very clean. You can tell a lot of thought went into making the stay easy including provided dishwasher soap & laundry detergent, great selection of dishes & utensils, first aid kit & fire extinguishers, etc. There is even a hamper to use in the laundry room. It is in a great location that is easy to access. I'll be coming back next time I come to town.

Amazing Experience !

The townhome was easy to find and located in a brand new complex. We were excited walking thru the front door seeing the spacious living room and massive couch, the incredible well stocked kitchen and amazing dining room table. The bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms, the most comfortable beds and linens were absolutely perfect! It was amazing Mike! We will definitely be back!

Seamless check in and check out process! Very Clean, I would say almost brand new. Would have loved to have some cleaning products there so I could clean thru the week to ease the anxiety of the check out. Perfect for what we needed, which was a place to lay our head and a coffee pot for the AM….which they provided!!! Thank You. Would definitely not hesitate to rebook.

Very clean and everything was in great shape. We enjoyed our stay ! Communication was by email only which if it was text messages would be better in my opinion. When I was able to be on my email the responses were timely though and very helpful. There is a second floor where the bedrooms are in case someone might have trouble climbing stairs. We loved the complimentary coffee pods and grounds, the snacks and believe it or not 2 bottles of wine.!

This is our second time staying in Idaho Falls and our first time here. The place is immaculate. One of the cleanest places we've stayed in. The furnishings are nice, the place is very welcoming. We didn't appreciate the fragrance on the linens, might give some people allergies. We also didn't like the proximity to the road. Hardly got any sleep our first night with loud vehicles and motorcycles gunning it outside the bedroom. We turned on the HVAC fan for the remaining nights and the white noise helped mask the vehicle noises. The welcome feeling of the place made up for the shortcomings. Thank you!
