We enjoyed are stay, the overall experience was great! The property was nice and clean, it was true to listing! Where the property was located it was nice and so many activities to do! As well as relaxing and enjoyable! We would go again!!

Place is clean and cozy, easy to get to, lots of parking. Close to Camelback, restaurants and outlet. Host is friendly and accommodating.

The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the location was great. Our only complaint was that most of the seasonings in the kitchen were empty, there were no paper towels or napkins, and the dishwasher pod container was empty.

This apartment was overall amazing. The house was super clean and matched the images perfectly. They had an amazing kitchen with everything you would need to cook up a nice meal. We had a great time. The backyard was huge that wrapped to the side of the house. It was massive! Tyler was super easy to get in contact with and was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!The house is near many small businesses. Our favorite activity was pottery at “Poke-A-Nose painting pottery” it’s a 5 minute drive away from the house and our favorite place to eat was at “The Cure Cafe” which is about a 15 minute drive from the house.

Great place to stay if visiting Camelback, which we were. The condo has everything you need for simple meals. It was clean and well kept. Beds are comfy. Not a big deal, but areas for improvement: pillows on the beds need updating, it would have been nice to have a snow shovel for the steps- someone came and cleared eventually but we had to go up and down a few times while covered, and a note with check out instructions would’ve been helpful. Some places have you wash dishes, strip beds, etc. We weren’t sure what to do. But none of these were a big deal and we would stay there again happily.

We picked this property because it was priced well, reviewers said it was clean and it was close to camelback mountain. Additionally, it was dog friendly (though our dog ended up not coming). If that is all you need, then you will be fine.Here are some of the things that could make this property go from “met expectations” to “highly met or exceeded expectations”. Note: my husband rates the pro terry lower on account of the following things:-the property sleeps 6, so there should be 6 complete settings in the kitchen: six plates/bowls/glasses/mugs/forks/spoons/knives-there should also be basic cooking utensils: a spatula for instance.-the master bedroom mattress is sinking and is due for replacement. The pillows are more than due for replacement.-the refrigerator had debris/crumbs. It should be spotless for each renter. -the floor was sticky (per my husband) I wouldn’t know bc I never walk around barefoot.

Place was adequate for what we needed. Communication was good at first. Linens need to be updated. There was no extra linens and not enough towels. We had to request supplies(bath towels, wash cloths, soap, garage bags and paper towel) that were suppose to be there. Communication between management and owner need to be better All in all it was a cute place and close to where we needed to be.

Very cute apartment. The only issue we had was that the couch smelled bad. Hopefully they will clean it before the next guest. Otherwise, a lovely stay.
