This is BEACH PASS, a Margate City house boasting 3 inviting bedrooms with a mix of a queen, full, and twin beds just one block from the Atlantic Ocean. The cozy space includes heating, WiFi, a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, AC, and an iron. Hardwood floors are throughout the house. The first floor is an open concept, yet contains numerous seating areas, where guests can relax and unwind. An elevated porch provides an outdoor oasis overlooking Atlantic Avenue, facing east, perfect for people watching, morning coffee, reading a book, or conversing over a meal. We purchased this house in 2020, and had it completely modernized with an open floor plan, new bathrooms, and air conditioning. The adjoining house has been in our family for over 50 years, and we've enjoyed spending many a weekends and summers 'down the shore' with our kids. We are proud to be able to share this property with our guests so they can build memories as well and soak up the Margate sunshine.
