Amazing beachfront home

Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Akumal. There was no seaweed by the beach where the rest of the beaches had it piled up. The place looks just like the pictures. Close to all of the resorts, so if you have a wedding it is easy to get to.

Great Akumal Beach Front Rental

Daniel, Thanks so much for the review. They really do mean a lot. I assume you are talking about Yal-Ku? That is a great cenote, for so many reasons: its size, the surrounding gardens. And I hope you took advantage of our proximity as I mention on my website your pass is for the whole day with multiple entries allowed. Since we are 5 minute walk, it's super convenient!

Amazing vacation!

If you want total relaxation with a great pool and ocean views this is the place for you. My six year old had a blast.

Half moon bay heaven

As advertised,great location on the ocean,nice pool,very near yal ku lagoon, comfy beds,well equipped kitchen.Restaurants within walking and nice quiet area.

Wonderful Stay at Akumal Escapes

We highly recommend checking out this condo! The amenities of the condo, the beautiful pool and beach, the location & the wonderful staff all made for a perfect vacation. We would definitely look at booking this location again.

Wonderful stay, perfect spot!

This was a fantastic vacation spot! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. No sargassum, we basically had the snorkeling to ourselves. We hope to come back soon. Definitely read all the welcome material you’re sent because it will give you the information you need to plan for a great trip.

The property is well-maintained. It is a quiet place, but the condo next door rents out to events, including raves!

Snorkeling Heaven!

Great stay! Beautiful water right outside the door. Great communication with owner and helpful friendly staff onsite. Our second vacation in Akumal. Love this place.

This is a special place and we couldn't have had a better holiday. The gardens are beautiful, the beach is idyllic and such a great spot - and the flat is super-cosy and charming.The area has so much to explore, I would recommend getting a car if you want to have a few adventures - and to buy food in the supermarkets. The lagoon, a few minutes away is a must, as is bringing some snorkeling gear and reef shoes to help explore the creatures in the bay. We enjoyed watching the land-based wildlife as well!Jungle Cafe nearby is very sweet, with good food and smoothies, and the deli near the lagoon sells amazing bread.We are very grateful to Diana for renting us this special place. Fran, who is onsite to help, is such a warm, approachable person. Everyone is nice and chilled :). Enjoy!

Fantastic Snorkeling Location

Perfect location for snorkeling right outside and across a one lane road from our apartment. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is it. We felt safe, comfortable and would come back to stay here again.

Just as described

Our family had a great time at this rental. Definitely the nicest, most private spot along the whole beach. Snorkelling directly in front of the condo was amazing. We would definitely rent this spot again, thanks so much!

Ann, Thanks so much for trusting us for your vacation, especially as the world was just starting to erupt. As an FYI, I just got back from spending a month at Seascape. We went down to see how everything was, as we normally do in July, and found that the Sate of Q.Roo is doing a great job on social distancing, and our staff have implemented strong protocols We actually felt safer then in the US, so we stayed longer. I talk about this on new Facebook and Instagram accounts! And soon my website! check them out. #lasirenacondos or look us up at with akumalescapes for more info. Now is actually a great time to go to Akumal!

The best spot to stay in Akumal. The space is fantastic, comfortable, and has all the amenities you can ask for. The location is ideal for a quiet getaway thats still in walking distance to lots of conveniences. The grounds are fantastic - directly on a beautiful private quiet beach, and a really nice pool to cool off in. And the host - Diana - was super responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I would absolutely 100% book this again, and recommend you do the same.

We had the best time here! The location is great and we felt very safe. Tons to do. It’s impossible to get to every thing so we will be back!

Perfect vacation spot

Amazing views you can walk right out to the ocean from the backyard. It’s very private peaceful. The police are literally across the street so you don’t have to worry about any thing going on. The pool is nice in the middle of the property lots of vegetation and little animals running around. We had zero issues and zero problems the entire time that we were there we will definitely come back.

Beautiful seascape

Lovely ground floor condo facing half moon bay. At the secluded north end but within walking distance of two restartarants and some corner stores. Nice reef for snorkeling and a cenote lagoon around the corner. Courtyard Grounds, garden and pool were really nice and well maintained.

Thanks so much for the nice review! All of us take special pride in that we have a fabulous uncrowded private beach area, and large gardens with a great pool. Most of us gardeners ourselves (when we aren't in the bay!)

Seascape Review

Seascape is a quiet, restful, beautifully appointed escape in Akumal. Diana, the owner, is very responsive to inquiries, questions. This condo is literally steps from the beach. The complex is gorgeous and very quiet. We would definitely book this place again next time we travel to Mexico

Little Bit of Paradise

Seascape is a wonderful getaway and just as described. It is set in a beautiful complex that feels very private and secluded. The condo itself is very welcoming and right on the bay. Waking up to this view is amazing. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation. Loved the updated bathrooms and very comfortable beds. I highly recommend this condo and cant wait to stay again!
