Our starter pack of supplies is meant to help guests get through their first night until they’re settled and can pick up additional items of their own. With the high volume of guests moving in and out—especially during peak season—our housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection teams need adequate time to prepare each property to standard before the next arrival, which is why the 10 a.m. checkout and 4 p.m. check-in times are in place. You were offered the option of an additional discounted night, which would have allowed for a more flexible checkout.
