Relax here, lake cabin. Beautiful sunsets and screened in porch.

It's a beautiful cabin tucked into a wilderness setting, of peaceful woods and water on a dead end road with little traffic. Our guests come back for the peace and quiet. And the amazing screen porch overlooking the lake. You'll feel like your living outside, but with all the modern amities. What more can you ask for...

The lake is clean with great swimming/fishing, the shoreline is loaded with the purple pickerel plant. The cabin features many unique characteristics that give it a personal welcoming charm. Inside, there are two bedrooms; one upstairs with a queen and one downstairs that is a bunk with a double on the bottom and twin on the top. The cabin is fully furnished, 2 couches, rustic pine chair, coffee tables, end tables, etc... The kitchen is well supplied; plenty of large and small appliances and all the utensils you need. and yes, wine glasses and copper mule cups too!. There are lots of games and books here. The best room in the house is the lakeside screened in porch. You'll enjoy your morning coffee, mid-day nap, and evening sunsets here.

Outside, there are two fire pits here, one lakeside and the other up by the cabin, for those of you that need a calming campfire while you stay. Don't worry about firewood it's here. Want to barbecue, you can use gas or charcoal here(bring your own charcoal). There is a fish cleaning house located on the property as well. The kayaks, paddle boat, canoe and paddle boards are all included!
All the good stuff is here, you'll think you died and went to heaven.

Things to consider before you book your rental...
-a screened in porch for outdoor living when it's raining or an unanticipated Wisconsin bug hatch hatches?
-are there paddle boards and kayaks available?
-is there swimming right off your dock and a level lot?
-fireplaces available, along with firewood?
-WiFi available, a smart TV(not that you need a TV)
-Does the vacation rental have character?
-What are the sunsets like? (fantastic here)

Beautiful place for a quick weekend. So many amenities and more. Everything was well stocked and very clean! The bear decor was so cute and the place felt so comfortable. We will definitely visit again.

We are a family of five with three boys who like to relax and fish. This property was perfect for our family it has kayaks, paddle boards, a pedal boat, a canoe and a pontoon to rent. This was a big plus so we did not have to bring ours on the trip making it an easier and less stressful time. The fishing was great and the boys had a good experience making a nice fish fry with a few fish they caught and cleaned in the very nice fish cleaning building on the property. The cabin has everything you need for normal daily living/meal preparations.The screened in porch was awesome, listening to the loons and relaxing with our cup of coffee was wonderful! The nice double tier camp fire pit areas are also a nice way to enjoy with the family to end the day. We were able to meet the owner and he was very helpful with any questions and fishing spot tips! Our family will hopefully have the opportunity to visit this property again for more good times, relaxation and memories!

We came here to unplug and throw away daily routine and this was a great location. The location was just close enough to local establishments to grab a hand scooped ice cream treat but far enough that it didn't feel like we were in a city. Description is very accurate and the owners were flexible and great communicators.

Beautiful property excellent upkeep. Had all the necessities and host was easy to contact with prompt responses. Boat added extra fiahing fun and a different sunset view nightly. 2 firepits allowed adults and kids to have fun doing their own thing. Thanks for an amazing escape.

Wonderful family vacation!! Thank you Matt for answering all my questions and for an amazing experience. We loved eating a relaxing breakfast and then walking down to the pontoon. My son enjoyed fishing on the dock and on the boat. He also enjoyed taking the kayak out. Super quiet lake and so much nature!! We really enjoyed being altogether and having our dog with us too!

Actual family vacation

This is our third year staying at this cabin- and this is the only family vacation we take that truly feels like a vacation! A week of a slowed down life with our kids with a beautiful lake out the back door. We spent the week fishing, out on the water, and enjoying the screened in porch. The amenities make it a comfortable stay, especially with the washer dryer access for our family. Thank you again for another amazing stay!

Fabulous Weekend Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful lakefront property. We spent tons of time fishing and enjoying the water. The house itself was a bit rustic, which is exactly what we were loking for. We woukd definitely go back.

wonderful sunsets over the lake

My partner and I spent three nights and two days at this property. We enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable and adequately supplied. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Watching the sunsets was our favorite. We had two beautiful days. We also enjoyed a paddle around the lake in the canoe. We would recommend this as a nice place to stay for a couple or a family of four. It has only one bathroom which we feel would make it uncomfortable for any more people than that. We would also recommend that you bring your own kayaks. The kayaks here are not very good and have broken seats. Also don’t bother with renting the pontoon boat. It is in very poor shape and I would not trust it to work reliably. There also is not a place to swim from the shore in front of this property. Once again, all that said, we did enjoy our stay here. It is secluded and peaceful.

Lovely stay at Reverie

We had the most relaxing time at Reverie in Comstock on Long Lake. The hosts had everything we could possibly need. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch and taking the pontoon out for some evening fishing. The beds were comfortable, as was all the furniture in the cabin. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Life on the porch

This was our 3rd time here. We always go during the week when action around the lake is quiet. Kayaking was so peaceful! The cabin has everything we need for us & our 2 young adult kids. Our favorite thing is taking our coffee or other beverage and a book out into the screened porch and rocking in the chairs. We love hanging out there enjoying all the sights & sounds of nature without the usual Wisconsin summer bugs. Clean, well-stocked, comfortable inside or out!

Relaxing place on Long Lake

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Long Lake. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The screened porch was our favorite place for hanging out and playing games. We made good use of the lake and all the toys. We were lucky and weather was great for most of our stay. The nearby towns were fun to explore as well. Tjis trip is just what we.needed.

Very clean property which had it all! You definitely should take advantage of the pontoon to enjoy the fishing the lake has to offer. Matt was very quick to respond to help us with a few questions we had.

Lake Weekend

We enjoyed our time on Long Lake! The screened in porch was great to minimize time around bugs and while it was raining. The home had plenty of space for my husband, mother-in-law, and I. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was updated. There were also a few mirrors in the main bedroom so i could get ready in the morning without using the bathroom. We didn't rent the pontoon, but did see it and felt it was too pricy of a rental fee given the extremely poor state of the boat (torn up seating, missing speedometer, etc). We also wished there were a barrier or gate on the stairs as they are very steep and are RIGHT off the main bedroom. Overall we'd stay again, and enjoyed our time.

It's quite, peaceful, calm, and so easy to relax. It's not too big and it's not too small. You'll spend precious time with family, friends and mother nature and "getting lost". The seasons make it so special as well! It to hard to have a favorite season here!. We live in this area and want to share the beauty with you all. This is truly a vacation destination.

The fishing. The quietness. The screened in porch in the morning or the evening. The lake is big enough for pontoons and some tubing but not for skiing. During the week you'll feel like you'll have the lake to yourself! It's quite here.
