Located in Ellison Bay, Dragonfly Dell Cottage is a quiet escape in a wooded corner of Northern Door County. Open concept first floor, with 2 upstairs bedrooms: 1 king bed in a lofted room, and 2 twin beds in a second room, suitable for adults or children. The property also features 2 full bathrooms with showers, and a first floor laundry room. The large living room has one double/queen sofa bed and a twin/loveseat sofa bed for extra sleeping space.
Light a fire in the stone fireplace out on the fully screened porch, cozy into a rocking chair and open a good book, or gather around the "compass rose" firepit out back and enjoy the company of your friends and family in the peace and quiet Northern Door County offers you.
Close to Clearing Folk School, and Newport State Park - International Dark Sky Park, the Mink River Estuary (canoeing and kayaking), and Door County's "Curvy Road" (hwy 42). You have to go a long way to get a darker night sky and to see more stars than you will see here.
Only 15 minutes to Washington Island Ferry dock at Northport. Ferry out to Schoolhouse Beach, the lavender fields, Sand Dunes Beach, and the treasured Norwegian Stavkirke.
